The only negative, is that I didn’t find them sooner. Soooo soft. And super absorbent!

So soft compared to other nappies and unlike some do not have that weird nappy smell. My son was a month early and only had nappy rash once when i used a pack of pampers I got free.
The customer service is also fantastic at ammending orders and helping with queries about sizing. Personally I will not be using any other nappies or pull ups!

We decided to give Peachies a go and after three days with the trial pack we were hooked!

The nappies are buttery smooth and last through the night - which is impressive considering our child sleeps 9 to 12 hours at a time.

Besides the nappies, the concierge team are what makes Peachies. Everyone we’ve been in touch with is so knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. Big shoutout to Ivyn for sorting answering all our questions and immediately sorting out the next size up!

Originally I ordered size one for my newborn and except for the blowout issue, I was happy with everything else. When I expressed my concern, the team reached out to me immidiately, gave me a sample size for size up- which is my baby's correct size. Then they arranged for me to exchange the entire supply immediately. Very happy with the peoduct and their service.

We switched to Peachies in desperation after our newborn developed severe nappy rash, apparently triggered by another premium brand of nappies and wipes. Although he also required medicated creams, Peachies definitely played a huge part in his recovery. We have now been using them every day for over a year and would not use anything else! Total softness, comfort, no nasties, and no leaks! We really noticed a difference in his sleep too with no leaks or blow outs overnight. Sadly we have ran out once or twice due to our rural location and postal delays and had to resort to another premium brand with dire consequences! Cannot recommend these enough or the lovely team behind them. We feel the price reflects the quality, subscription is very flexible, we have all reaped the benefits, and never had any more issues with nappy rash!

I am beyond disbelief on how this company operates.
We started ok, the small nappies were amazing for our tiny baby, however as she got older the absorption was terrible. Leaks every time she did a poo and they would not hold the whole night. She would wake up completely soaked in wee and we could not have a decent night sleep. We changed the size and it was worse. I decided to change the brand and sent a box back following the return and refund process. That was a month ago. Still no answer or comms from Peachies and therefore no refund. I got charged again for another box, which I, of course will return, however I am 100% sure they will not reply and they would have taken £140 from me plus the nappies. The customer service is terrible, I have WhatsApped and emailed and still no answer or solution, so basically I have just been ROBBED £140. Stay away from this brand. They are way too expensive and the nappies are not absorbent at all!

Excellent nappies and while accepting that they are slightly more expensive, they are more than worth it . Have had no problems with subscription , delivery always arrived at times suggested in advance email. Quality is excellent, and when we received one packet that was faulty it was replaced immediately. Very good customer care .

We’ve used Peachies since the very beginning after trying a trial pack, and honestly nothing else compares. On the odd occasion we’ve run out—like on holiday—and had to use other brands, it really highlights how much better Peachies are.
The pants came out at the perfect time for us to switch over without needing to look elsewhere.
I love that Peachies are dye-free, super soft, and incredibly absorbent. The extra-large leg frill cuffs on the nappies are amazing too—I only wish the pants had the same!

The nappies are very good quality, however they do run small. I've had to change sizes quite frequently even htough my baby has been within the weight range specified. For example, my baby is 8kg and he is on size 4 which corresponds to 10-17kg because size 3 was too small and he was having blow outs. The Whatsapp nappy concierge is excellent and they have resolved many of my queries / order issues.

Best nappies ever! Never once had a nappy rash or issues! Will use again and again - slightly more expensive but I think you get what you pay for when it comes to quality!

Peachies are just great. Yes the product is really good but it’s the people and customer support that make it an exceptional service. Nothing is too much trouble, responses are quick and they do whatever they can to help make sure you’re happy. Highly recommend !

We have been using peachies since my LO is small and so far they are what they are saying, no or very few leaks, contained the poopnamy. We are very satisfied with them

Unfortunately I have to amend my previous 5 star review due to absolutely shocking postage and customer service.

The nappies themselves are great, and we had signed up for a subscription a year ago for our little one. The problem with this is the frequency of how often they send the boxes, and how bad the communication has been by them. Earlier this month I had asked for them to postpone the next box until the 1st of May, as we had too many nappies - we had an unopened box already, and in our small flat the boxes take up a lot of space.

This was confirmed as being rescheduled for May by them. However, the next day, ANOTHER huge box arrived. Frustrated, I got in contact asking them to cancel my subscription. They then offered to collect the box the following week. During this time, the customer service agent said they would not be able to collect the box as it hadn't been delivered yet. Perturbed by this, I asked for confirmation that they wouldn't be sending YET ANOTHER BOX because I already had three boxes. They confirmed this wouldn't be the case.

However, today ANOTHER BOX ARRIVED and we are in this nightmare situation of having five boxes of nappies in a tiny flat - some we have been charged for, and are waiting on a refund, but what is incredibly frustrating is the fact that the delivery service and customer service are so disjointed, it feels all very chaotic and we can barely get the pram into the child's bedroom because we are literally drowning in these boxes of nappies. Ridiculous.

I discovered Peachies when I had my third child, that was almost 2 years ago and I'm still an avid fan and user of Peachies for my son. Yes, the claims are true; reduced leakage, the nappies are super-soft and thin, and having a subscription service makes things a lot simpler and easier, but for me the biggest plus with Peachies is the minimal design. I loathe nappies with brightly coloured and garish graphics that show through white vests and just look tacky. Peachies offers a nappy that is just plain and white making it the most discreet option.

At my wits end with waking up to my 18mo soaking through his other brand nappies, and ordered a trial pack of Peachies. Great nights one and two but night three he soaked through again. I contacted Peachies for help and had the loveliest exchange with Ivyn who sent out a pack of their nappy pants for us to try, based on the information I gave him about our son and his sleeping routine - and bingo! Such a fan of these pants but also the customer service was so great. Would 10/10 recommend.

I've been using Peachies since my daughter's birth a year ago and have been very happy with the experience. It is very gentle to her skin and we have only had a couple nappy rashes along the way. Nappies are super soft and absorb very well. I can't quite agree with the statement that there will be no blow-outs however. Until my daughter turned six months we had several blow-outs a day, but to be fair to Peachies, it was the same with any other eco brand we tried (hence four stars). Since my daughter's been on solid food, things changed to the better and Peachies have dealt with all the mess perfectly.
I understand people saying Peachies are expensive, but I think they're worth it if you want to reduce chemicals in your home.
Customer service has been absolutely amazing. Deliveries turn up on time and it's great that you're sent a free pack to try out the next size.
I really hope potty training will go well and we won't have to use nappies for too long, but until then I am super happy to continue with Peachies!

Having used Pampers with my first child, we initially used them this time round. But after a bout of nappy rash and trying a number of different brands, we decided to switch to Peachies and it cleared up within a couple of days.

Super soft, super absorbent and super sustainable. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Couldn't recommend Peachies more. My daughter is 16 months now and have been using them since she was newborn. I took a chance after researching on the internet and thinking Peachies seemed the best of the ethical nappy brands. I did try some others but they were nowhere near as good.
They are super soft and never leak - not had to change nappies in the night with them. I now use the pull ups and they are excellent as well.
As well as the quality the company is genuinely great, the customer service is superb and feels personal, had replies immediately to questions and lots of offers and thankyous for being with them. As a single mum who doesn't drive I appreciate the deliveries and subscription so I don't have to worry about running out.
When I am forced to use Pampers or they use them at nursery they just seem so shoddy and chemically. Really impressed, happy baby, happy Mama, worth every penny.

Fantastic nappies. Our son has a sensitive butt, and they are the only nappies we found that don't bring him out in a rash. They are great quality, hold so much water and I can highly recommend. We've used them throughout.
