CTX Feed Auto update issue

It's been 10 days I contacted the support regarding CTX feed auto update issues.
No feedback from the support.
I have to regenerate feed every morning manually.
It has messed up my Merchant Center products list twice.
Could you please urgently contact me back to solve this issue.

I do not recommend this company. Tricky business model.

The product is somewhat ok but can't be fully customized. I had no idea that I was enrolled in some kind of auto renewal and when I saw that this company charged my card I have contacted them right away since I was not using tool anyway and asked for refund. They have refused to refund and said that they have notified me via email prior renewal. Yes afterwards I have found emails within SPAM folder which I check but maybe once a month or so. Which means that I had no idea about the renewal and this company took my money anyway. I have shared this about the SPAM folder with them BUT NO RESPONSE from them. What a SHAME. I do not recommend this company for this reason. Stay away from SHADY business model like this.

No real help in case on problems.

We had issues, and help didn't show up.
Well, it did show up after the "30-day guaranteed refund".
We cancelled the monthly charges, which was also a pain.

Disappointed – Poor Support and Unethical Billing Practices

I rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary to warn others. My experience with this company has been deeply frustrating.

The customer support is virtually non-existent. When I reached out with a billing issue, I was met with canned responses and zero accountability. They charged me without any prior notice, and when I questioned it, they claimed they had emailed me — which they absolutely did not. I double-checked all folders, including spam. Nothing.

What’s worse is the tone — instead of trying to resolve the issue, they were dismissive and implied the fault was mine. This is not how you treat paying customers.

I strongly advise others to stay away. The product might look good at first glance, but once you need help, you’re on your own — and your wallet is at risk without warning.

While the WebAppick plugin offers decent functionality, the customer support is deeply disappointing and borderline unethical. I encountered an issue with an auto-renewal charge for a subscription I was unaware of, as no email notifications were received. Despite multiple requests for clarification, including asking for the sender email of alleged renewal reminders to verify receipt, their support team provided vague, generic responses that dodged my questions.

Their claim that I unsubscribed from notifications was baseless, with no evidence provided, and they refused to investigate the issue thoroughly. This lack of transparency and accountability feels like an intentional tactic to enforce a strict no-refunded policy, which seems designed to exploit customers. As a long-time user, I expected better treatment, but their dismissive attitude has eroded all trust.

I strongly advise potential users to reconsider relying on WebAppick due to their poor support and questionable business practices. I will not recommend this plugin to my clients and regret having done so in the past.

▶️ Refund Policy: As outlined in our policy, refunds are not issued for subscription renewals. We are transparent about this and encourage users to manage their subscriptions proactively.

▶️ Support Response: Our team responded within the expected timeframe and provided clear guidance. We did not receive a valid issue, which is required for refund consideration.

We always strive to support our users fairly, but we also follow consistent policies.
Mislabeling our process as unethical is both inaccurate and misleading.
