Do not provide refund
We initially wanted to place an order for the Webappick services, however, we contacted them to cancel our order and they did not answers and still charge the service. Once they answer, they told us that no refund can be done. Customer service is bad, now we lose our money for a service that we will not even use.

Purchased Woofeed Pro for my ecommerce…
Purchased Woofeed Pro for my ecommerce store, I was previously paying a monthly fee for a feed optimisation service, but found that I could do the vast majority of feed optimisation on my site.
Tried several feed generators for Woocommerce and this is the best.
