Great service

Great customer service and kept us informed about delivery of are cooker.Love our new AEG cooker .Delivery men good and gave us a 2 hour window for delivery which was perfect.Wouldn’t hesitate about ordering anything from this company again .

Good Price Be Prepared to Have to Chase Your Order

Firstly, may l say that the price for my AEG double oven was good. The service l received was not. If l had not continuously chased Webbs there is an exceptionally good chance, from my experience, that I still would be without my oven. To begin with, the only reason that I knew there was a delay to my order was because I chased a delivery date. Then 2-3 weeks later I note that the website says it's in stock. I am assured by a manager, during a phone call, that it isn't. He stated that there was an issue with the website. I was also told that my oven was being unloaded as l spoke to a lady only to be told by a manager later that it wasn't.
My experience has not been great but as I stated at the beginning, the price was good although at least one other company was charging the same price when I placed my order.
(I have refrained from naming any of the staff).

Happy with everything.

Ordered a Cooker online. Received a call to say that the one ordered was not in stocks but had an almost identical one which was £50 less. Installation arranged, on time & completed without fuss. Old cooker taken away. Happy with everything.

Our new AEG cooker from Webbs

After a terrible experience with my previous brand new freestanding induction hob equipped cooker that I had purchased from a well known mail order catalogue that I was refunded for I chose an AEG freestanding induction hob equipped cooker from Webbs who both delivered and installed it for me much cheaper than most rival companies could offer. My original choice was the matt black version of the cooker but Webbs phoned me to inform me that there would have been a delay acquiring that from AEG and gave me a choice of other colours of the same cooker with the time frame it would take to acquire so I chose the stainless steel version as it was available in the shortest time frame. Webbs did everything they could to make the delivery and installation happen quickly and made my day since all I had to do was run in both ovens before cooking my first meal on what I consider to be the best cooker we have ever had and all for under a grand.

Would recommend Webbs

Webbs customer support was very helpful. The product is good and the price was excellent. The only issue I had was with the delivery company who somehow managed not to load my item on the van so they couldn't deliver it when stated and didn't bother to tell me. It was however delivered on the next working day.
