Purchased a really nice PCP Eagle from a colleague at my club. Enjoyed shooting it and what I think is a great gun, my review relates to the after sales and follow on service from the manufacturer. The magazines hold 12 pellets and increment when the rifle is cocked. The lid of the magazine has a spring which tensions when loaded if accidentally dropped or released a tiny plastic lug snaps off rendering the thing unusable. The parts catalogue supplied with the rifle shows a breakdown of the mag listing this cover seperately. I contacted W&S to see if I could purchase and was totally ignored 5 times. I have succumbed to buying 3d printed mags which work much better and easier to fill. Replacement mags are not available anywhere in the UK, US or even Australia. I shall never purchase from this company again.

Like other reviews I have tried to contact Webley & Scott via their online formonly to be ignored.
Customer service is non existant especially as I have a gun that requires a spart part and there is no availabilty in the country.
Gunsmiths say to scrap the gun as Webley &Scott are hopeless.

There doesn’t seem to be any way of contacting this company other than the online form in their website. I’ve completed these forms 3 times over the last month with no reply, there are no phone numbers or emails on their website.
