I had an extremely negative experience with Web Trade-In LLC. In my opinion, the process felt disorganized and frustrating from beginning to end. I received incorrect evaluations on my devices multiple times, was given conflicting information in emails, and had to correct the company about the exact model and condition of the items I sent in. It took repeated messages just to get them to verify basic details that should have been checked properly the first time.

Even after the correct specs were confirmed, they still would not honor the valuation I was originally promised. The communication felt slow, inconsistent, and it took way too much work to try to get a simple trade-in resolved. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would not recommend it to others.

We recently sold our corporate IPads to webtradein.com, and the whole process exceeded our expectation. After doing research and comparing multiple trade-in programs, webtradein.com offered the highest value for my device. The entire process was fast, simple, and incredibly efficient. We provided clear instruction and prepaid shipping label.

These guys paid far more than one of their largest competitors offered and paid fast within the very next day via Zelle. Highly recommended. They also buy broken phones.

I shipped them a carrier phone for which they quoted roughly $600. The phone was barely used for few hours and I did not like the OneUI from Samsung and chose to move back to Pixel and thus thought to trade it to them as I was out of return period. They got back to me stating the phone was financed with the carrier and they never provided any proof for that. I, however, did send them proof of my account showing the device was completely paid of few weeks back and have already been unlocked. Their counter offer for $600 was roughly $250. LOL.
Initially I thought their process have flawed but then the very same week, they revised the quote and now same device is being offered roughly $420 instead of $600. They had no intention of honoring their initial quote of $600 so they made up an excuse to put the blame on the non existent device condition.

I did received the device back and unfortunately, the screen had smudges on it. I sent them the device with a screen protector on and they chose to remove that and sent it without any screen protection. A $600 device!

This would be my first and last interaction with them.

This was my first time with web trade in and it was a success. My only critiques is that they need to respond to email in a more timely manner and I would like to see them extending the quote for more than 14 days so customers can have more time to send them their old device

Was skeptical in first, it turned of to be an awesome experience, they never delayed to reply to me and updated me every step of the way. They just earned a lifetime customer because of their amazing customer service.

I rated my iPhone 14 Pro as “flawless”. Upon receiving my phone it was rated at 95/100 due to some barely visible tiny scratches by plug-in port and a few other scratches that they claimed were caused by my Otterbox cover that was put on day one. Screen was perfect. They offered $110 less than my original offer for a few tiny scratches barely visible to naked eye. Crazy! Interesting reply. Why compare my 14 Pro to a 13 Pro? Ahhh... now web trade-in has deleted their post which clearly stated that they compared my 14 pro to a 13 pro rather than responding to my question of why they would do that. Compare apples to apples!

Legitimate. Did the usual thing where these sites list higher prices than they want to pay. Then low ball you a little bit after they get your phone, it was expected. They took $50 off bc they said my mint condition phone was unlocked, but unlocked from T-mobile...so less valuable than I guess a unlocked phone bought directly from samsung.... kinda bs... but its always something. Other than that, these guys had good comms and sent the $ quickly via zelle.
