Thank you for sharing your feedback. The device we received had multiple dust particles in the telephoto camera and excessive amount of scratches on the screen. You'll be able to verify this once the phone is returned to you. Due to these issues, we adjusted the offer to $300 for the iPhone 13 Pro 128GB.
(Note: Some competitors would grade the device as broken if there's dust in the camera. However, we are able to clean it, which is why we only deduct $30 from the original offer.)
We have shipped the device back to you free of charge, with a signature required upon delivery. Your USPS tracking number is 9402111105501200187132. (Note: USPS will retain tracking information on their website for 2 months.)

The service was amazing ,they would answer any questions fast and efficiently. Payment was very quick and I would say they are reliable in every way.
