not a good experience I took a very low price just to get rid of the car and the car is still in front of my house 2 and a half weeks later. Way past the 5 day window for pick up. So I took the low price and I still have not gotten rid of car. I tried to call the Allentown office but I can not get through. I finally got through and was told a manager would call me back. He did 1 hour later. He told me he would look into it and call me back, he never called back.I originally requested to be notified when they would be doing the pick up so as my wife would not be alarmed when strangers came onto my rural property unannounced. Last night after 8:15 pm my son told me there was someone on our property out by our cars. He was trying to get into our car. It was very dark out and I did not get any notification that someone would be coming to my house. Not a good situation. Could have all be much easier with the pre agreed phone call.
This was not a good experience at all.
Low ball pricing ,shady negotiation, terrible communication, not abiding by verbal agreements or written Contract, nightime pick up.
