If I could give 0 stars I would. The manager he is very rude and unprofessional. I did a quote online was quoted over $2000, called because my car has been sitting and wont stat started, called and spoke to the manager, he said he could only offer me $100-$200 because it doesnt drive, I said that it could be just the battery needs to be replaced, he said " then replace the battery and drive it in here" Absolutely will not be doing business with him!!

There is no excuse for rudeness, and the conduct you've described falls well short of the standard we hold every member of our team to. We sincerely apologize.
On the valuation: a vehicle that will not start presents a genuine challenge. The reason it won't start matters enormously — a flat battery is a straightforward fix, and in that case the car can be driven in and appraised normally. But if the underlying problem is more serious, the vehicle may be at or near end of life, which changes its classification entirely. A car in that condition would typically require specialist towing to a salvage yard, and the offer would reflect salvage value rather than the retail estimate generated online. We were right to flag that distinction — but the way it was communicated to you was unacceptable, and we are sorry for that.
We record all calls for quality and training purposes and will be reviewing this call before making contact with you. We have logged a formal complaint on your behalf. The Area Manager responsible for our Allentown team will be reaching out to you directly to discuss your experience. Hidden gem,unsung employees doing an exceptional service day in and day out.
I have to admit that I wasn’t too excited about dealing with a place like that. I had a lot of of doubts. My sister told me about it and I was very skeptical but it turns out I wound up dealing with the Hanover Avenue office and the representative was Dave Ramos and I was very impressed with him. He was what I would like to say personified the phrase salt of the earth kind of guy very relatable. Very patient knowledgeable. I just felt extremely confident dealing with him and I hope it gets back to him. I really liked him a lot. I thought he did a very good job for us.To the standard follow up questions would you do it again? Would you deal with us again? Would you tell a friend etc. absolutely ! there’s no reason why I would be afraid to deal with. We buy any car as long as it’s staffed with people like Dave Ramos, he did a great job and you guys at the top or wherever you happen to be in the food chain. Need to know that he’s an asset to your company and if you see him, tell him I said hey!
