Stephan did a thorough check over on my car. Started with a base quote then once the car is inspected, points are deducted for any type of defects. Then you are given a price. It's up to you if you want to go through with the deal and you are given a few days to decide. No pressure or obligation

Matt was friendly and candid in our transaction. I also learned that reporting a minor damage incident to your auto insurance company goes directly to Carfax and reduces the value of the car by even more than its repair costs. So be circumspect about filing a claim.
