We appreciated the transparency.
We were really disappointed by the value of our car, but he went through each picture and explained every step they'd have to go through to fix the car. Taking the time and going through all of that made us understand the evaluation better and I appreciated that. The other companies we had contacted gave us low values with no explanation.
