Bernard was professional and honest. My Paperwork didn't match the name on the title. Bernard tried to contact me but I had arrived and was told they wouldn't approve the purchase until the paperwork matched. My offer increased due to this oversight now my car is sold and Bernard kept his word. One thing for sure the purchase price goes by the up keep and repairs on your car. My purchase price was close to the KBB value.

That's how I looked at saying goodbye to my 2007 H3 Hummer with over 180 thousand miles.

We're sorry to hear that your appointment was canceled without clear communication — that is not the experience we want for our customers, and we are looking into what happened with the scheduling.
Regarding the offer, our online valuation is based on the information provided by the customer. The final offer reflects the verified condition of the vehicle after a professional, in-person appraisal. During your appointment, our team identified 19 physical and cosmetic issues that were not reflected in the online estimate, including:

• Passenger side rear quarter panel rust
• Driver side rear quarter panel rust
