Bernard was welcoming and friendly. He explained the process in detail. He was upfront with the issues he found with my vehicle. He showed me the results of his review of my vehicle and the monetary offer for my vehicle. At multiple points during the process, he verified what he was doing and verified that I wanted to continue the transaction.
