The process was fairly straightforward. The entire transaction took less than an hour. My only negative was the offer made on site was down somewhat from the online offer. If processing fees are to be deducted from the offer that should be disclosed up front or the online offer so adjusted.

It was very quick
It was very quick. We were able to get rid of the vehicle that we owned for a while without having to deal with the headache of trying to sell it privately or trade it in. In addition to that we didn't have to deal with a check, they sent the payment via Zelle. So I walked out the door with the payment in my account.
