Unfortunately, we are still unable to sell the vehicle due to a lien placed on the title by Mariner Finance. As explained during our communications, we’ve asked for your assistance in obtaining a lien release from Mariner Finance so we can apply for a new title and complete the sale. This is a necessary step in the process and one that only the original owner can initiate.

I submitted an online appraisal and received a call the following day. I came in and they did an inspection on the car. They offered a price (lower than the online quoted price, but I knew it would be due to damage), and I accepted. It was slightly higher than a major competitor’s offer. The entire process took about an hour.
