This Site Is A SCAM!! …
So I recently posted my gym equipment on their website. I have quickly found that this website is a predatory/scam site. After listing I received an email from the “president” of the company with a link explaining what “wholesale pricing” was and essentially trying to trounce any idea of a return. Then I got a voicemail with an “expectational quote.” I have a whole commercial gym for sale that even with reserved numbers is worth at bare minimum-used 120,000. I was thinking that it was going to work a-lot like ebay so you can see what the bidding is at. WRONG. Like the other one star review states there is ZERO transparency. You have to take them at their word that a buyer wants it, but honestly whats probably happening is that the website itself is purchasing the equipment and selling it for what it is actually worth. So again an easy estimate is around 120,000 right? They quoted me 10-12,000, and that was on day ONE!! The “auction” isnt even 1/8 of the way done. Just don’t use this site. You would be better off cold calling gyms with your offers. I have no doubt the majority of these reviews are BS reviews prompted by the company too. Hopefully this will deter some to either find another broker, or put in a little leg work for a much greater return.

Incorrect. We have over 80 commercial traders qualified in our platform that bid on equipment packages and completed over 4,000 transactions in the UK, US and Europe. At the end of the 3 day bidding process, we send sellers the best price minus our commission rate of 10%. Under no obligation, sellers (typically commercial gyms) can accept or decline the offer - therefore a completely free service. If the seller accepts the offer, we arrange collection between our Buyer and the Sellers facility. Payments are made before collection.
In some cases, our team will offer an estimate if requested. We have 28,000 residual values in our database that have been collated over 5 years via historic bids from our traders in the platform. This allows us to accurately offer 'real-time market valuations' from the trader network. A customers own estimate will often be over-valued because the mindset is that you can sell the assets at the price a gym would buy them for. INCORRECT. There are significant costs to consider such as extraction costs, haulage, remanufacturering costs, marketing costs, storage costs etc before actually selling the equipment to another gym or consumer. So the TRUE buyback value is lower than expected and unfortunately this potential customer is not educated within the value of used fitness assets.
