Bad service, lied to, invalid tracking.
Purchased a box of 2oz pots, paid 24 hour delivery after 5 days wasn’t here, so I phoned and the lady gave me a tracking number which was not a valid tracking number, I then gave the benefit of the doubt waited another few days still not turned up so rang again lady said I will send you some more so I said ok, day after I phoned for the tracking number which this time was Royal Mail tracking looked it up not a valid tracking number again, please bare in mind on both the tracking number I also phoned UK Mail and Royal Mail and both said not valid to me also. So I phoned back again as still not received any items told them about the tracking numbers And asked what was happening as I needed these items the lady said they was valid but why are they not showing and the couriers saying there invalid, I then said I want a refund as I have waited long enough and been messed about if they have no intention of sending the items why not say instead of giving excuses and invalid tracking. I did eventually get a refund after pursuing and purchase the items else where and guess what they still have not turned up, they had no intention of even sending them. So your saying 2 different parcels, 2 different company’s supposed to be delivering, 2 invalid tracking numbers and no items for any turned up. Why take order for something if your not going to send the items. I am really disappointed if you would of explained in the first call that there was a delay ect I would of understood but to be lied to was wrong. I will say though if my miracle they do ever turn up I will just say return to sender but that’s very doubtful as none got sent out at all.
