From last week I ordered cups for coffee and this order hasn't arrived yet.
I called them, at customer service and a record was saying today they couldn't receive any customer message.
Such a bad service!!! .

Hi Ricardo. Bit confused here...we have our offices manned from 9am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday. Therefore I can only assume our customer services team were on another call which would have been why you would have been diverted to voicemail and leave a message (which it appears you haven't done). Wouldn't say its necessarily a 'bad service', perhaps more that you are being slightly impatient. May I suggest trying another call perhaps and maybe this time leave us a message so that we can sort out your problem for you. I can see that our courier have attempted delivery but you were not available to take delivery. This would mean that they will of course re-attempt. They cannot deliver if there is no one in to take it!!
