Our experience with We Do Mortgages was nothing but amazing!! We found a property that we wanted to secure and Michael had our mortgage in principal completed within a couple of hours! One accepted offer later and our mortgage application was approved within 7 days! I really believe that the speed was due to all the preparation and hard work Michael put in to everything as he really listened to us and knew how much we loved the home and wanted to secure! Even after completion of our application Michael is still guiding us through the process, answering multiple questions and giving us reassurance on a daily and weekly basis! When I originally started looking for a property I needed an agreement in principle, I tried to get one through three other companies and after 3 weeks, received nothing. I contacted Marcus and Cat from We Do Mortgages and within the same day, I had my agreement in principle!! :)
