We had a new bedroom fitted back in March 2020 and both me and my wife worked hard for this, upon completion we noticed that 2 of the doors were faulty/damaged, wefitanyfurniture agreed and said that they will replace them, I completely understand that the whole country was in the grips of the Covid 19 virus and nothing could be wadone to get the doors replaced but it’s now August and IF you can get someone at wefitanyfurniture to answer the phone they just say “we will call you back tomorrow”.... well we are still waiting!!!! Very poor after service.

Just had a run of wardrobes, dressing table, drawers and a window seat fitted by We Fit Any Furniture - absolutely thrilled with the result. From our initial meeting with Bob, right through to our fitter Alan nothing has been too much trouble for them - they genuinely want their customers to be happy which is rare these days! Alan finished the furniture to perfection - cleaning and filling joints so they look absolutely seamless. Fitted wardrobes are never cheap but do think this company are reasonable and their quality is spot on - and I'm very fussy! Thank you to all the team involved x

Our fitter Craig Armes (B209535) was excellent, he was friendly, cheerful, diligent and did an excellent job. Tidied up nicely at the end as well. If all the company's workmen are like him we would definitely use them again.

Our fitter Thomas Moffatt was friendly and efficient in getting the job done. We had two large wardrobes fitted in one of our bedrooms which we are very happy with. Communication was great he also did a good job cleaning up too. Would use again.

I have ordered a fitted wardrobe for my daughter's room to replace and DIY wardrobe. The overall experience has been positive, from the person that designs the wardrobe and gives you a quote, a surveyor, who takes exact measurements, delivery guys, lady at the HO, to our installer Alan, who did a great job fitting the wardrobe (job B209542) and tidying up after himself.

The product is a fully fitted wardrobe with back and sides, which looks tidy inside in comparison with front frame wardrobes. Delivery and installation was about 6 weeks after the Surveyor visit.

I had to contact the HO on the installation date as noone turned up in the morning, but it was quickly clarified that there was a mistake on their side when manually rebooking after a system issues earlier that week resulting in one day delay. They offered to cover penalty fees for delaying appointment with carpet fitter.

4 stars because of the confusing installment payment. The total paid was in line with the quote, but I found it confusing to follow whom to pay what and when. Also I would prefer to pay to one payee rather than 3 (surveyor and fitter are paid separately). I think this could be made easier for the customer.

The ordering process was relatively easy and straight forward.
The delivery was smooth and on time. The 2 guys who delivered were helpful and were very careful - no chipped walls!
Our fitter, Alan Keen, was fab. He was on time, friendly, polite, wore covers on his shoes, worked extremely hard all day and did a fantastic job. We are really pleased with the finish and the workmanship

Yesterday the installation of my wardrobes was completed and I couldn’t be happier. From the design consult with Julie and the survey with Martin I felt like a valued client. Mr Alan Foley who installed the wardrobes was brilliant. We were recommended We fit any Furniture by a family member and not disappointed. We made a tentative enquiry and Sarah the sales lady came to plan and show us on screen what the bedroom would look like. She was very efficient & friendly. We agreed the price and she advised the technical planner Martin would come to see us to finalise measurements etc. The manufacturing process was completed on time and the fitter arrived as booked. Having seen and worked with a lot of fitters over the years Mike was an exception. He was courteous, professional, hard working & skilled at his Job, punctual and left the bedroom spotless. Everything is to an excellent standard. Unfortunately due to Covid our handles haven’t arrived from Italy but know these will be fitted ASAP. We would definitely recommend this company and will use them in the future, a very pleasant experience, thankyou Steve & Chris Dyer

Excellent service from Paul and Brett, very happy with their work. They arrived promptly and were very tidy and cleaned up each day before they left.

We got a wardrobe fit scheduled for the end of this month - looks like all company disappeared from the earth and no contacts provided are working. There's no one to assist with any queries and after paying most of the bill it is very worrying to know what's happening.
So far - experience is not great.

The experience as a whole with Wefit was very good.

The fitter Craig was fantastic, he provided a great service and worked very safe and well taking into consideration all precautions due to COVID. Extremely friendly and also ensured I was completely happy with the finished job.

My only point of improvement was a slight inconsistency in the design provided by initial sales agent and the surveyor, so just make sure you fully check your design and I'm sure they would be more than happy to make edits. However Craig the fitter was able to ensure I was happy in the end by providing advice and solutions.

Finished to a very high standard; left the room exactly as he found it; courteous and friendly; turned up when he said he would and communicated with me beforehand; even finished the job sooner than expected. 10/10 highly recommended.
