When I was ready to learn how to tig weld they are there
When I was ready to learn how to tig weld in my 60s again I chose the best company that treated me right 10 years before with a stick machine . Then I needed other items and it was shipped like the rest extremely fast. I would do business again with them anytime. ALLEN

Horrible service!
You did not deliver the item I purchased for the price you had listed on your website. You chose to cancel my order and refund my money instead. I paid for 3 items and you did not honor your side of the deal.

Lies! The item you ordered was backordered and we called you 4 times and sent you 3 emails. You choose to not respond to us to let us know what you wanted to do and act like a child when writing a review. We reach out to see if you still wanted your other two items and wait for the third. With no response, we choose to cancel your order and give you a full refund. We hope you find what you are looking for else ware because we offer the best customer service in the industry hands down. So far I will say that Dan at Welding Mart has been a pleasure to work with.
Unfortunately, I can’t comment much more than that at this time. The first shipment received direct from Lincoln was delivered damaged by UPS . I have not received the replacement yet so I would not be inclined to comment further. The only problem I have is that UPS is and has been notorious for delivering damaged packages in the passed and doesn’t give a hoot about the consumer. I wish we would get delivery from another carrier.

Believe me, we wish there was! Your order shipped directly from the factory and we have shared our displeasure with them about this and have asked them to come up with a fix. Good folks to deal with. Called them up, the fellow did the research necessary to fill my order, and I bought two Lincoln welders at a good price which arrived direct from Lincoln in one week.

They expedited shipping to Help Puerto Rico!
They expedited shipping of our order so we could have it in time to transport it to Puerto Rico. The part was to replace a damaged control board that was need for a welder to support repair of homes damaged by Maria.
