Ordered a couple hundred dollars of …
Ordered a couple hundred dollars of tools from these guys off their internet site that showed it was in stock , order went through my credit card was charged then got an email some days later that order has been cancelled , not only do they not have it but they can't get it. Item out of stock according to welding mart but this item is no longer even being made. I am very dissatisfied with this company and would not recommend them. No attempt made to try and make things good . Order was placed July 3rd 2016, email was sent to me asking to review my experience with welding mart in April 2017 .

Ann, I want to first apologize for this issue you encountered. Unfortunately, our systems are tied in directly to each manufacture for all inventory control. Sometimes, a Mfg. fails to update stock on their end and this type of incident can occur. We try our hardest to prevent these types of problems, but sometimes they happen. The guys are great
The guys are great, very good at what they do, very knowledgeable. The products are probably the best price you are going to get. The rewards program or anything like it absolutely suck! Never works and get nothing but excuses.

Upon further review of this item, this was for an item from a Mfg. who is having severe quality control issues and we elected to drop some of their items in an effort to protect our customers. We are not in the business of selling junk to our customers and if a product doesn't meet our strict quality standards, we won't sell it. Again we are sorry we could not help you with this product.
