Based on the name, you have given, we are unfortunately not able to identify you or the order, and therefor give you a proper answer. In general, we always remove the reservation we make on a credit card as soon as we either decline or cancel an order. A possible cause of why we have rejected your order is the use of virtual phone number or US-issued credit card.
