We Snag Any Home Avis

Lewis was fantastic, he looked ar my project at short notice, gave advice was proffessional and curtious throughout. Would use again and recommend.

I purchased a new property a few months ago, unfortunately the snagging list was endless and I needed to get a profesional report to show the building company. I called we snag any home and in less than a week Lewis scheduled me in, spent a long time in the house doing a very through inspection. Really good price for the time he spent carrying out the inspection in detail. Very professional and I would highly recommend!

Very happy with the service and the report. Lewis was great at explaining things to us and the report is clear and very thorough.

Would like to say a massive thank you to Lewis with the help of Amanda. They were great from the get go, great communication and was able to come out at such short notice. Lewis was able to inspect and complete the report within a few days of initial contact with us. We couldn’t recommend anyone else.

Thank you!

Snag Any Home carried out an inspection on our new property. Very professional and issued a detailed report highlighting all the issues. We have sent this to the builder, who has already made contact to resolve it. Would highly recommend them.

Lewis done an excellent job to find all the issues.
He was very thorough and professional.
Also they were very flexible and helpful to get my list done on time with a short notice.
110% recommended !!

We used We Snag Any Home to snag our 4 bed home this week. From start to finish the whole service was amazing. Lewis and Amanda were so quick to book us in and come out to see us. Throughout the visit we found Lewis to be very attentive, helpful and friendly. He then produced the report for us within 24hrs of coming out to see us. The report was really structured - clearly explaining the issues and also how to rectify them, as well as showing the photographic evidence too. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much Lewis!

Excellent service by Lewis & the team *****

We were served notice unexpectedly and were given only 7 days to get the snagging done and reported which I thought would be impossible (especially at Christmas).

I was wrong however - Lewis and Amanda could not have been more accommodating, very kindly moved their schedule around to make space for us.

On the day Lewis turned up bang on time, was ultra polite & professional. He spent a surprising amount of time checking everything out in extreme detail which I honestly didn’t expect for the relatively low cost. The service even involved a thermal inspection of radiators etc.

I received the full report on the same day & Lewis found 80+ issues, which I would never have spotted myself. The report is very professional and I’ll be handing it to the construction company in the morning.

Thanks again Lewis & the team. You’ve been great and I cannot thank you enough for fitting me in at such short notice.

Highly recommended!
