Would give 0 stars if I could
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered some lamps. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. when they arrived, all three did not work. They are not wired for electrical in the US even though I ordered from a US website and has a US address. I went back and forth with them for over two weeks (they even suggested I hire an electrician-- like what?! to fix a product that was not working from delivery) and then have been just terrible to interact with. I will be charging back with my credit card company and warn EVERYONE to stay away from this scam of a company

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Terrible customer service. They don't respond for days via email and do not answer calls. Items do not ship from the US. I placed an order on 7/9/26 and it's still not arrived (8/5/26) and the tracking information says "error" when the link is clicked.

hanging wall baskets
Bought some hanging wall baskets, these were not as advertised and not suitable for the purchase reason. Tried to return, didn’t realise was shipped from USA so I had to fork out to track return myself. They offered a 40% discount to keep items, unfortunately I was sick and then on holiday so I missed the return window anyway if 28 days so stuck with rubbish time so paid a lot of money for.

Bought a product, product was dropped shipped from china, faulty, returned on my own dime, wasn't refunded, had to dispute with credit card company for a refund.

I have emailed this company regarding a…
I have emailed this company regarding a faulty product. They don’t respond for several days (sometimes up to a week) and they keep suggesting a solution to fix the product. Nothing has worked. I have requested my money back and no response. Stay away from this company.
