I’ve had 3 juice orders from Westcoast Vape Supply with no problems. 3 orders of 600ml delivered to Australia super fast (arrived in 8 days).

The juice is priced so low it often beats the sale price of the other big USA vape companies like Breazy or Vapecentric.

Juice range is great and it’s not old stock in the glass bottles.

Hardware I get locally in OZ but these guys are my new favourite juice supplier.

I was able to contact customer service on Facebook messenger. They told me they were out of a particular juice I had ordered, which is why the order hadn't shipped. There was no way I would have known the cause of the delay otherwise, so be sure to contact them if your shipment is delayed. I think that's a poor system.

Once I changed my selection, my shipment arrived promptly in a few days, just like it used to. No issues there.

Upgrading to 3 stars for quick resolution of the issue. I would rate them higher if they didn't keep their customers in the dark about delayed orders.

Seems to be going downhill lately. I've used them several times in 2020 for juice orders, and I would get them at my door within just a few days with standard shipping (even one placed on Wednesday before Thanksgiving showed up the Monday after!)

However, now they send a disclaimer that they are taking up to 72 hours to process an order before it ships. Placed my order 2 weeks ago (same juices I always order) on 12/23, still has not shipped, no updates. I get that it's during the holiday season, so I allowed the extra time through today before posting this.

I'm reading these other reviews and it seems to be an overall problem, which is sad because this place was so dependable.

I have reached out to them today. If they can resolve my situation appropriately, I will update my review out of fairness. Otherwise, I'll be sure to provide further details on getting a refund and alternative vape juice options.

Update to say my order finally arrived. 35 days after placing order. Too be fair, the delay was not their fault but I still believe they could have handled it better. Service will most likely be better now that holidays are over.

It’s now 32 days since I placed my order. Granted it was shipped (EIGHT DAYS after placing order) but it’s in limbo somewhere in the wonderful USPS. Emailed customer service. Their response was basically it’s out of our hands, call the post office. Well I did not place an order with the post office, I placed an order with you: west coast Vape supply. Avoid this place like the plague, they don’t care about their customers. They only care about taking your money.

I’ve ordered several times for. WCVS and had no issues. Arrived within two days and all were Orders well over 100 dollars each time.
However this time - December 2020 - that seemed to change. I order was placed on the 15th. Had not arrived by the 20th. I was able to contact them (someone) through their Facebook account on messenger.
At first seemed to have a reasoning and I give them an early our bc the USPS is a hot mess. But it’s gotten ridiculous now.
On December 28th I finally received a package from them. However it only had one of 10 juices that I ordered.
The rest were sent under a separate tracking number. They claimed the one that was separate was on back order and would ship direct from the manufacturer. Ok. No problem. But how is it that is the only one I have received.
When I asked for a refund - they went silent.
I filed a claim and Tracing services with the USPS - but they so far can’t find anything either.
Not sure which is to blame here but if it’s the USPS - then I suggest WCVS file a bigger claim with the USPS and refund my money ASAP.
I am still holding out faith it will arrive. But unfortunately they have lost my business until this is sorted out and can guarantee it won’t happen anymore.

Remember, you can always contact your bank and dispute the transaction. Don't let these companies take advantage of you and give you horrible customer service.

Made a purchase and then found out that it takes them 72 hours to ship your order. Waited 72 hours and my order was not shipped.

I asked for an update on my order, did not hear back from them, then asked for a refund. Days later they tell me that they apologize and will be shipping my order out today (which did not happen) even though I asked for a refund.

Worst customer service. There are much better online vape supply companies out there, such as Electric Tobacconist, but unfortunately, they ran out of my vape juice so I had to order from West Coast Vape Supply. Never again.

Take your business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE! So I’ve been ordering Vape supplies online for years and decided to do some research about other companies and the best places to order from as far as shipping speeds, product quality, and customer service goes and that’s how I came across WCVS. I ordered about $100 worth of product and then shortly after got an email saying it takes 72 hours to process orders. Well 6 days passed and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed their customer service twice with no response. I called several times and never got through to anyone. After 9 days I received an email saying the items I ordered were out of stock and asked if I wanted a refund, so I quickly replied stating YES I WANTED A REFUND. I never heard anything back, never received a refund, instead, 16 days after I placed my order I got an email stating my items shipped even though I asked for a full refund. It’s now been 6 days since I got an email stating my emails were shipped and when I track the package there’s been no updates. Just says it’s “awaiting tracking info”. For SIX days. Save your time and money and order from elementvape.com, directvapor.com, or eightvape.com

I've been ordering from west coast vape for quite a while, I always receive great prices and fantastic service, can't say enough! I ordered on the 22nd and on the 27th, it's at my door!! Thank you!!

I tried to place an order with them but they blocked it saying the billing address and shipping address must be the same because "it's the law." I order from numerous other companies from California and ship one place and bill another and it has never been a problem. I ordered from Freeman a week before I tried to order from westcoast, and I just placed an order from Element and no issues. Cali has no such law, my state has no such law. They are clowns and I am glad they blocked my order because judging from the other reviews I would have gotten some fake stuff.

West vape has BECOME a scam business. Your least worries are waiting for the order. The worst thing that can happen is you actually receive your order because mine was TAMPETED WITH BROKEN SEALS AND AN UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE PLACED INTO MY VAPE BOTTLES. I AM REPORTING THEM TO EVERY AUTHORITY - TRUST ME.

Absolutely the worst!.. I placed an order from West Coast Vape Supply for vape juice on a Thurs afternoon. I qualified for free shipping since my order was over $100 but I needed it asap so I paid extra for express shipping. They didn't have the coils I needed so I placed another order with a competitor with just standard shipping. Both companies policies state that orders usually ship next business day but could take up to 3... Meaning thats the longest it should take. The other company had my order shipped next day and it was at my house on Monday.. Excellent!... But nothing from West Coast Vape. Tues should have been the 3rd business day. On Wednesday I sent an email checking the status explaining the urgency of the order hence the reason for choosing express shipping. No response.. on Friday I sent another email and then ordered more juice from an even different competitor and also chose standard shipping. They shipped the order that day. Finally that following Monday I got an email back from west coast that said we checked the status and your order has shipped.. I clicked the tracking number and by "shipped" they meant they just printed the shipping label to shut me up but nothing had even been sent to Fedex yet. On Monday it said the order status was still unfulfilled and the tracking label still said waiting to be sent to FedEx. So I sent them a 3rd email and told them to cancel the order and refund my money since they already had $180 taken out my account when I placed the order. Along with the email I also called them to cancel the order and of course they dont answer but their voicemail said leave name number and order number and they will get back to you. So I did and explained I wanted the order cancelled.. They never called or emailed me back. I received my order from from the other competitor on Tuesday and finally on Tuesday West coast decided to ship the order and I received it Wednesday almost 2 weeks after I placed the order WITH express shipping. When I opened the package from west coast vape I found that instead of receiving 10 bottles of 3mg nic juice I received 5 bottles of 0mg and 5 bottles of 6mg. Thats not that big of a deal but I didnt get what I ordered and they could have at least called and asked did I mind mixing it myself. Bottom line its sad that I had to order from 2 other companies and received those items super fast with standard shipping before this poor excuse of a company could even get the order filled!.. It defeats the purpose to pay for express shipping when a company who promises within 3 business days takes almost 2 weeks to even ship the order and doesn't bother to call or email me about any of it which they claim in their shipping policy if there is an issue with your order you will be notified. I wasnt...Instead I had to contact them multiple times just so they could ignore me and not respond. If west coast vape supply happens to be reading this then please understand... If you are the only company supplying vape supplies then you could probably get away with treating your customers this way... but you're not.. there is so many companies out there that actually do what they say and treat their customers better... Totally lost my business obviously.. I just dont want anyone else to get screwed like I did...

HORRIBLE!!!!! Placed an order 15 days ago.I reached out to them through email twice and got the same computer generated response.I have tried calling several times with no answere.The day I placed my order I received the conformation email and they took my money out of my account the same day.Since then I have order from 2 other sites and already received my items.My best advice is stay away from this company it's a scam.SCAM!!!!!!!

Have not had any problems with this company. They have be very good communication wise and I have gotten all of the items that I have ordered.

This is by far the best site to buy vape stuff from online. With Covid going around , Their shipping was still excellent. They do use a service that does not ship on Saturdays unless you specify paying for that method. It gets here on time every single time. I love doing business with them. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a solid vape supplier!!!

I’ve ordered from here more then once in hopes it would change paid for priority shipping and orders was placed before 1 on week days so that they would be processed the next business day as described in their website... none of this is true took over 7 days to process a order of 4 bottles of the same juice each order and the 2 day shipping that was expensive to say least ended up being 4/7 days each time the juice I use is hard to find unfortunately so it’s limited to what website I can order from but this one is by far the worst and customer service forget it !!! You will not get a answer and if and when you do it’s a generated response not answering your questions!!! If you need your items fast don’t order here !!!

Always has product in stock and if the wrong thing was shipped, West Coast immediately corrected the problem. West Coast is the one company I can rely on.

I see alot of bad reviews and other than the shipping not being as quick as some companies all the time i cannot give westcoast a bad review. Ive ordered from this company many many times and all the products have been exactly what i expected and intended them to be. There has been times my order came extremely quick and times it was on the slow end but that happens with many companies i order from. They always have a pretty great selection and the prices are damn near impossible to beat imo. The one thing i wish they did was offer and put out more coupon codes because i tend to use many other sites that create new coupon codes weekly or at least monthly. Thanks Westcoastvapesupply 👍👍

THEY DO NOT SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS. I purchased the strawberry from NAKED100 series from them and naked company couldn’t verify that this product was theirs. It tasted straight up like molded strawberry and the previous bottled that I got from authentic websites didn’t taste anything like that. They didn’t respond to my email but they indeed emailed me the tracking number for the order. I tried to contact them again via email to inquiry about the product but they didn’t bother responding

During the pandemic they moved slow, but now that everything is opening back up, they are on point with the shipments, and staying in touch with me if something is out of stock. They've been extremely helpful, and I will continue to order certain juices from them. #Vapelife
