Great Customer Service & Landlord Portal
Western Lettings have been managing my rental property for a year now and the whole team have done an excellent job. The online portal for landlords is very useful too. I just send everything over to my accountant which makes running my property so much easier. Highly recommended :-)

Communication is easy with quick responses. Information about the property and details of any work carried out is provided promptly including photos and invoices. I feel a sense of trust with Western Lettings which I never had with previous management company. The online portal is also great for tracking all documents and certificates
