Westin Gourmet Avis 

My order arrived earlier than expected, well packaged.Have tried sirloin steaks that I ordered and were very tasty indeed.

We couldn't fault the food quality and service. Our order arrived on the arranged day --what more could anyone ask. Well Done.

Bought several offers. Satisfied with what I received. Not yet eaten all that was purchased but so far everything has been good.

The ordering system is a bit convoluted, but eventually placed an order. Turned up on time. Steaks were not good, did not cut well, and I still have eight in my freezer. The casings on the sausage were so thick it was unpleasant. Then the daily emails started arriving. Would not order from again.

My first box of goodies was a bargain and delicious.
Delivered right to my door when Westin Gourmet said it would be.
Excellent!

This is the second time we have ordered and both times the meat has been delicious, and delivery spot on.

Goods always arrive well packed and still chilled. The ostrich steaks were delicious!

i cant say anything more than the fact that i am a regular customer now. Great food, at great prices, packaged and delivered reliably straight to your door, in top condition.

Good quality meat at a brilliant price. The Steaks were tasty and the chicken breast were huge. Will Definitely use again !!!!!

i was emailed a special offer on a meat deal which I wanted to take advantage off. I hadn't ordered from them in a while because they had problems previously in that the delivery service is very unreliable!
Unfortunately it is still very unreliable!!

I ordered and was emailed to say delivery would come Wednesday. By Friday afternoon and it still hadn't arrived I tried to call to cancel my order but no one answered! I then sent a message via the website and on Monday evening I got a reply....

They offered to refund or send me a replacement order at a 50% reduction, as I had already paid they would refund me half. Order arrived the following Friday.

A week later still no 50% refund.

Maybe I'm unlucky, but with the response and reaction from the company and that I remember having delivery issues previously I won't be ordering again, regardless of the deal they offer!

My order didn't arrive at all. I contacted customer services and after waiting 2 days I was told it didn't arrive as it didn't leave the warehouse. Really helpful. One week later I am still waiting for a reasonable explanation and a refund.

It's a real shame as I have been using Westin Gourmet for years but after having problems with my last few orders I don't think I can continue to be a customer.

I have been very happy with my purchases and will use again.

This is the second time we have used Westin Gourmet and have enjoyed the produce very much.

This has been my second order with Westin Gourmet and I have been very impressed with the quality of meat, so much better by a country mile compared to supermarket choice. The service is Great and arrives when it say's it will, I even got a telephone call very early on the day of delivery plus together the the confirmation of the email to confirm that my delivery had been dispatched.
You can't beat the quality of the meat and also the great prices and also the offers they offer. WELL DONE.

Easy to order, user friendly website, good produce, can't fault them. going to be ordering more in the future.

Good quality meat - shame there are no cooking guidelines - so it's a nuisance trying to find info on the Internet. Also joints aren't labelled properly ie topside or leg etc so again makes cooking times etc hit and miss.
