Westin Gourmet Avis 

Have now tried everything from the mixed hamper we ordered and everything was delicious. The steaks were very lean with no gristle whatsoever, chicken and duck succulent but the standout for us were the sausages. Not only were they flavoursome but produced hardly any fat during cooking or eating and had a nice fine texture. Will definitely be coming back for more. Thank you Westin Gourmet.

Was delicious well worth the money

Have considered using WG for while, placed order last week, and order arrived with half the order missing!!!
Discovered one can't contact them other than by e-mail and wait for them to contact you!! Unacceptable! It will be almost 48 hrs with still NO Response.
How Long do you have to wait for "Customer Service" to Contact you! -Unacceptable
I note several other similar complaints! Unacceptable!
Do not appear to value New customers or address their concerns in a timely Manner!
When you have an issue which requires an immediate response, you want to speak to someone asap, NOT be put in some kind of queue, which appears to take days to respond to!
All this hassle to save a few pounds on some Meat is just not worth it, even if they offer to resend missing items, more inconvenience of waiting for a deivery.
I am demanding my money be refunded, failing which I will put the payment in dispute with my Credit Card Co....Yet More Inconvenience!

the best meat I have tasted for long time, it was delivered in a well iced packed box, I will be ordering again next week

so far we have had roasting beef joint, Cumberland sausages, some steaks , and have enjoyed every last mouthful of everything

Excellent quality, smooth sales and delivery process. Good value when discounted but expensive at full price!

I can't fault the quality of the food. The rest of the process has been a farce.

1)The website flags as a 'suspicious site' with HSBC, so my card was frozen when I tried to pay.
2)We were contacted after the order was confirmed saying they couldn't deliver on our chosen date and moved it to 2 days later - which was inconvenient
3)In that email, the email address of everyone affected was included, which lead to various 'reply all' emails which was very annoying and an unwanted invasion of privacy
4)I requested twice, in writting, both when ordering and when the delivery date was re-arranged, that if we weren't in the delivery was to be left by the back door. Came home to find it by the front door.
5)have since received at least a dozen 'sales emails' but not one about the issue of sharing email addresses, or not following the delivery request.

I didn't receive what I ordered from Westin Gourmet but they dealt with my complaint very efficiently so I was happy with their customer service. The delivery was on time and the meat was well packed. The steak is good quality and tastes great.

Fantastic value for money and delivered on time

Purchased a meat box and extra steak it's lovely. Excellent service. Choice of delivery date and a text was sent what time courier would arrive. Shame more companies are not like it

As the title says, the t bone steaks have no fillet steak on them they are all sirloin (a little pointless having on the bone steaks when there is no meat on one side). This was not a one off as I bought multiples of these and they were all exactly the same. Usually the food from Westin is fantastic but for the first time ever I felt let down with these.

I have used Westin Gourmet for a couple of years and they are always very good for the quality and price of their meat. They deliver on time and keep you updated on your order.
