Awful quality, wish I had read the reviews before ordering!!! It's super streaky! Beautiful packaging that's it.

Wish i'd read these reviews before i bought
base coat, top coat and 2 colours
Top coat stayed tacky for hours and left with no shine and not a great finish, which is not as described on the website " super glossy"
then several nails peeled off the next day

finally received a reply from customer service and was given a full refund - so thank you (its such a shame as the colours are beautiful)

What an appalling service I’ve had with this company. I accidentally ordered the wrong item I ordered the polish instead of the gel. I emailed the company immediately to request that the correct item was sent out, unfortunately it wasn’t which I understand. I then asked how I can return so that I can swap the brand new UNOPENED polish for the gel and was told I can’t.

Honestly for a new company the customer service is beyond shocking. I’ve paid £20 for a nail varnish that is no use to me as I wear gel and I’d bought it as a little treat to myself.

The company are refusing my return so I have raised a charge back with my bank to get a refund as that is also refused.

Absolute scam company, anyone who runs a business in such a way is destined for failure, as the other reviews on here confirm.

I have used the nail glass polish on it's own and then with the base polish and it peeled off so quickly. I am now using base, polish and am including the top coat and am truly hoping that this works. I will update tomorrow.

Just applied this polish, cleaned nails thoroughly, bought two colours, applied one very streaky (base underneath) applied 2nd coat, streaky, applied top coat, just basic. I then tried second colour to test application and the exact same thing happened, streaky. I’ve bought Chinese nail varnish on a well known website for a couple of pounds a bottle, way in front of this overpriced and over wrapped product,
So sick of trying nail products that do not do as they say and this one was particularly rubbish. Have not contacted company as other reviews say waste of time so I have to write another one off to experience.

Poor quality
Exactly as the other reviews state. I thought it way my application however I've had the (regular) polish applied by professionals and it doesn't last longer than 24 hours. Comes off in warm water. It's a dull colour too with no shine

I really had high hopes having read all the background info. Waited a long time for delivery - they were inundated with orders it seems. Sorry to report it's probably the worst varnish (non gel) that I've used. Thick and gloopy, takes an age to dry and peels within 24 hours. Such a shame -hope they can come up with something better.

Bought the Glass Polish Top Coat for a friend of mine. When she applied the polish, she thought it would be special than we found the label "Made in China". For an exclusive brand and product like that, we think it's unacceptable. The product has also a strange smell. There are better products on the market like "Manucurist". Their prices are similar, all produced in France and are TOP Quality.

Don’t waste your money on this inferior nail polish. Finish looks nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. Very streaky and dull.

The packaging, bottle, and logo are all luxurious which is to be expected given the premium price point. Unfortunately, the varnish itself is very poor quality. The colour is inconsistent depending on the amount of product on the brush so there's a lack of uniformity throughout my nails. After a few hours it started to bubble and peel off. This was after using both the bottom and top coat as well as two coats of colour. Really disappointing indeed.

For the price I am very disappointed - performed no better than a cheap pharmacy brand!

I reached out to the company for advice on application which they have not replied too

I asked for a refund - they blamed my technique and refused

Over hyped and poor performance - one would expect a nail polish to last normal daily wear and tear for at least a couple of days!

I’m so disappointed with the nail polish after following Harriet for years on instagram I was so excited for this polish but it’s such poor quality. I’ve tried it several times before leaving this review and tried doing the thinniest coats possible, and leaving it to dry for a least 3 hrs before going to bed and still wake up with indents in it. Also I would have thought the brush would be better as it’s been designed by Harriet but apart from a pretty bottle I just don't feel this is a great product. I’ve used many brands of polish and had high hopes with this with Harriet’s high end manicures but I’ve gone back to my trusted Chanel/essie/manicurist for colour and cnd vinylux topcoat. It’s a shame but with the long wait for delivery and the poor quality of product I wouldn’t purchase again.

Harriett is the best so was so excited to hear of her products. So sad ; the nail polish is awful ; thick from the first application. Did she not test it before launching ? Cannot even apply it. A total waste . Cannot understand this …

Really disappointing quality. The nail polish absolutely does not give the stunning glass effect that's all over their social media promos. I've been painting my own nails for 30 years, I know how to prep and make sure they're clean and dry and free of other product, to keep the layers thin and let them dry between coats. The colours are streaky, the top coat takes FOREVER to dry and still feels sticky the day after. No shiny, glossy finish here, it is dull almost immediately. It was not worth the four week wait for delivery and certainly not the price tag.

Phew so glad it’s not just me! Ordered the normal varnish and experienced everything the one star reviewers are mentioning. I even asked my beautician who has been doing manicures for over 30 years to show me where I was going wrong - nope she couldn’t make it work either. Love the excellent reviews - mention ‘Harriet’ and so many superlatives, must have swallowed a dictionary and methinks they protest too much?!

Peels off within a few hours. Love the branding and the colours, but even though i've followed the instructions to a minute level of detail, the polish just peels off your nails in one go. I feel like I was sucked in by the cool girl branding and have just wasted my money! I love the colours, and it looks great, but honestly starts flaking and peels off within hours. I haven't had any issues with the top coat not drying, I just make sure I don't rush it. I received the set (base, polish and top coat) and have used about 4 times, hoping each time it will be a different result, but yeah, completely pointless nail varnish that looks amazing for 5 minutes then peels off.

I wish I had read the reviews - I bought the glass polish and it's awful thick gloopy texture which looks AWFUL!!
