Louise from West One has been amazing…
Louise from West One has been amazing from start to finish, helping us choose and design our bathrooms and going way above and beyond to help out when needed. The price was also very competitive and the service outstanding! Thank you so much Louise and all the team at West One… we really searched around (including the option of sourcing everything ourselves) and we chose West One as being the most cost effective option and certainly the smoothest!

Gianluca is a star
Gianluca, the manager at WOB Queenstown Rd, London, is a superstar. So nice, such great design skills and an encyclopaedic knowledge of everything bathrooms. I bought everything for 2 bathrooms and then other rooms too. All was super smooth including the deliveries, the two separate delivery drivers were cheerful politeness personified. Highly recommended.

the wallpaper and Jane are amazing,
i had been walking by the wandsworth showroom and saw a wallpaper used for a display that knocked me out, and went in and spoke with Jane Doney who explained it's a specific type of wallpaper for bathrooms and whilst more of an investment than the tiles i was thinking, it was the absolute right investment, and now that it is on my walls, the raves that friends and guests give was well worth the investment. Jane was on point with every step of the procedure from measurements to layout. big fan of w1b and Jane especially!

Highly professional and Knowledgeable service
West One Bathrooms has been amazing in helping to design five bathrooms for me for a residential project in Kensington. A particular shout-out to Sham, who is the person to go to for incredible attention to detail - nothing is ever too much trouble for him. Sham was amazing for someone like me who does not know what she likes and going for her first renovation project. He was patient and gave several ideas, he was creative mixing colours and we talked about budget.

I am refurbishing a Victorian house in…
I am refurbishing a Victorian house in Wandsworth incorporating a gym with sauna and steam room.

Principal Bath Remodel
Jo was incredibly helpful throughout an entire principal bathroom remodel. From the initial design through plumbing and fixture selections, as well as detailed renderings of the space, she guided every step of the process with expertise. The best for bathrooms.
It doesn’t get better than this! When it comes to bathrooms, come to this branch.
I’ve been buying from West One in Battersea since I moved to the area in 2011. I’ve remodelled three bathrooms in my house with their help and have recommended them to many friends in the area and some further afield and all have been delighted.
I would like to give a special mention to Andy Reynolds who has been amazing every time. Andy has always been very helpful going the extra mile and giving advice and amazing customer service and has helped me plan each room.
Even years after purchasing, he has been fast and efficient in helping me source replacement parts. The level of aftercare is pretty much unheard of in today’s retail stores. I just had to source an obscure part for an 8 year old shower cabinet and this was all sorted within 24 hours of enquiry. Amazing.
The showroom itself is stunning and really lifts the location. I feel honoured to have it at the end of our road.
If we move, I will still be buying from Andy and I will make sure that I continue to recommend him and the branch!

Cannot recommend Oli Goff at the Wandsworth branch enough. His knowledge and capability are second to none. He helps with the upmost effort and always comes back with a response, even if not the answer I had hoped for (through no fault of WOB!). I have now ordered a few items with Oli and have had no issues with product, punctuality, communication or any other forms of service. Consistently great service every time and I will continue to use West One. Oli is a credit to your company.

We have been working in the interior design industry for many years, and in that time, we have come across very few suppliers who operate as smoothly and professionally. I had West One Bathrooms Battersea fit out my town house 19 years ago (beautiful). I contacted them last week with an issue I had in the master shower suite.
