I had an excellent experience working with West One Bathrooms, specifically with Faye in the Mayfair branch.

Faye helped me choose all of the required items for my full bathroom renovation, had great product suggestions, and was very patient and collaborative in working with my budget (offering alternative versions of items where needed).

The delivery process was incredibly smooth and when there was an incorrect product substitution caused by the supplier, Faye was able to correct the issue within a day.

Would highly recommend West One Bathrooms to anyone looking for a bathroom supplier.

Big thanks to Amandeep. Travelled from Australia originally to buy Thomas Crapper toilet and accessories. Got these as well as some stunning Swadling gear for the bathroom. Initially spoke to Amandeep on the phone then met in the showroom. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of items. No push and very patient as I texted and called my wife in Australia to discuss various options. Will certainly contact Amandeep again if we need any more bathroom/toilet gear.
