The design process was super easy and they gave me exactly what I had asked for. Ordering is super easy too. When I say they are on it, the day after I ordered I received my frames. Granted I live super close to their hub, I was surprised that they shipped the frames that fast. Im super excited to get my custom canopies. I will definitely work with Westshade again
