Refund only came after public post—disrespectful owner, poor service
I ordered an impeller and removal tool from Wet Jet Performance on May 27. The impeller arrived, but the tool was backordered—a detail that was never disclosed at checkout.
After weeks of silence, I had to reach out multiple times through their contact form, chat, and even Facebook messages. No one responded. Eventually, I posted in their own Facebook group to get answers.
Only after that public post—22 days later—did the owner finally respond and issue a refund for the tool. He claimed the refund had been sent “weeks ago,” but I have timestamped evidence proving it was issued only after the post went up.
Instead of taking accountability, the owner responded with sarcasm, deleted the post, mocked me in the group, and then blocked me from messaging further. Screenshots of the entire conversation and timeline are available on request.
I run a small business myself—this isn’t how you treat paying customers. If you’re considering ordering from Wet Jet, just know you’re rolling the dice on transparency, support, and basic professionalism.
