Really pleased with the plants, selection, pricing and packaging, would happily use again.

Like a lot of smaller businesses, can be a little slower than other to despatch but very friendly, respond to emails fast and the plants (iris sibirica) extremely well packaged and looking very healthy. Will use again, if I have a chance.

My favourite shop for pond plants. Great selection of native plants, super fast delivery. All plants are well packed and healthy. They arrived bare root (I'm not sure what other customers are complaining about, that's exactly what product description says) and very quickly made new shoots and leaves. I will definitely use this shop again and again.

To date I have still not received my order, they do not reply to email. Will not use again.

Plants arrived on time analysis was well packaged to protect quality of plants. If i have room I will use in future

I ordered a blue flag iris three years ago from this company and it has taken until now to flower. Imagine my surprise when it turns out it is just a yellow iris and I was sent the wrong species entirely! I brought it to their attention but have had zero response. Very poor effort

I was unable to find oxygenating pond plants in my local garden centres, they only all seem to do marginals, hence I ordered online.

The plants were extremely well packaged, look healthy and come with a useful information sheet.

The plants I got are native and could simply be dropped in the pond. I'm really happy with them.

I've ordered from here twice, a few years back a pond starter pack, and more recently a refresh election of plants. Local pond plant closed so was unable to buy local. This time there was a delivery issue and my first order went missing, but after making contact the team were very helpful and a new batch of plants were sent. So far they all look good. the last batch had a mixed survival rate but that was more down to my ponds fluctuating water lavels than the plants themsleves. Would buy again. Though fyi if I were them I would include delivery tracking for any customers to help with queries around missing deliveries.

I bought a papyrus and it arrived after a few days. It looked ok, but not particularly happy. I immediately provided water but over the next couple of weeks it didn't put on any growth, but eventually died. I've grown these for years and am familiar with these plants.
I emailed Wetland Plants on 26/8/24 but there has been no reply. Really disappointed. I won't be buying again.

First order from this company was great, good quality plants, so I ordered again. Big mistake - not only was my order incorrect but the plants were appalling and one was dead. I wrote to complain immediately and wasn't given the courtesy of a reply. 'Nuff said - avoid this company - I should have done!

Ridiculously slow to dispatch orders, however I must give them credit for always being responsive on emails/telephone to update on my order. Managed to receive my order before the bank holiday which was a relief and the plants mostly came in perfect condition with clear labels and information provided.

Ordered watercress plants for my pond. Money has been taken but no confirmation email or date of delivery. The site will not let me login to my account to see what is happening.

Have just installed 2 new ponds (1 for wildlife & 1 raised). Wanted deep water, marginal, floaters & oxygenators, preferably native for wildlife pond. Definitely a water hawthorn for raised. Looked online, but mostly expensive & out of stock until spring. Then discovered Wetland Plants. Almost everything in stock & at a good price. Ordered on Sunday & arrived on Friday. Planted up, where required. Water Hawthorn, despite looking "sad" is actually flowering, after 3 weeks), Golden Club & Hornwort have good growth. Not sure about Frogbit, but it is supposed to die down in winter, so time will tell. Only negative - they didn't have one of the oxygenators in stock. I later decided to buy a couple of Hornwort instead, but would have to pay £7 delivery on two £5 pondweed, which I can't justify, but also don't need another £60+ order. Pity, because I don't want to buy from elsewhere, but what can I do? Apart from this, would happily recommend..

I have just received my 2nd batch of plants from these people. I have to say im impressed with size of the plug plants plus the care taken in packageing... Considering all the people selling plants i would definately recommend these people. The last company that sold me some pityful specimens they call pond plants.
Go to wetlands first.

I have had two orders and the speed of delivery and the quality of the plants have been exceptional. They are already thriving within a few days. many thanks
