This company was one of very few that seem to still stock 800×1200 shower formers, which was what I was looking for. Delivery was prompt and it came with everything we needed to install it.

Product arrived next day and early
Having searched South West London for a Dallmer shower drain I finally gave up and found it online from Wetroomstop. I needed it urgently so called the company, got through quickly and was assured that the part would be delivered the next day if I ordered online. I did so and got confirmation that it would be with me by 6pm the next day. In fact it turned up around lunchtime and was exactly what I wanted.

Received bill from courier service that I have to pay duty on product coming into the country. Ridiculous.

Dear James,
Apologies for the problem with your order. We are aware that small group of our customers are now incorrectly billed by TNT/Fedex. It happens because their organisational problems. We hope the issue is now resolved, but we are still receiving reports for some of the past deliveries.
If possible please take a scan or photo of the bill and send it over to us so we can cancel it. In case it's already been paid, please also confirm so we can credit that from your order amount.
We will never require to anything else to be paid than what's stated in shopping cart and order confirmation.

Ordered a 1200 x 800 Wetroomshower tray…
Ordered a 1200 x 800 Wetroomshower tray Kit 11 days prior to this review, it has finally arrived all though delivey dates stated 1 - 3 working days. It is Missing half of what i have ordered and paid for. TNT the delivery service stated that is was only 1 package to be delivered meaning the rest has not been sent. I should of looked at all the other bad reviews stating exactly the same. Waste of time and money

Half delivered my order then nothing, tried contacting them through their online chat and emailed them but no response, my advice, stay away, plenty more trustworthy online companies out there.

Could actually speak to a human for…
Could actually speak to a human for advice ( over the phone ) Amazing nowadays!! My drain was delivered on time ,excellent quality ,and easy to fit . The packaging was damaged and there was a broken spacer and one set screw missing. I emailed a photo of the parts ,and received the replacement parts in 2 days . It’s after sales service like this that really shows a great company to deal with
