Since this is the only way to get communication with your company im leaving another review for a response. I left a review about a faulty jumper the letter have come off the front of jumper, to which you replied you dont accept returns. This is a faulty item and i am well within my rights to get it replaced. Can you reply with some contact information that someone wull actually reply to so i can get this resolved. The essentials hoody which is a pricey item was washed as label states and letters came off the front after a couple of washes. This is not acceptable and for your company to not reply to any of my 7 emails about this is shocking! I would just like this replaced it was a xmas gift for my daughter and this is still unresolved

We do not manufacture these items so unfortunately any issues need to be flagged within 7 days whilst the item is in unused and unworn condition. It is stated in our policy that we are not responsible for any wear and tear as we are a reselling site, and therefore do not make or have any responsibility for the making of these items. Please do note these items retail at a lower cost than we sell them for, as we are a reselling site our prices are not based on quality, they are based on the demand and exclusivity of the item.

The retailer has not flagged any defects, and the washing instructions when followed do not result in this sort of damage. These are to be washed on a low heat and never to be tumble dried. I personally have had this item and worn / washed this on multiple occasions, for over a year and it is still as new.

I would recommend taking this to a dry cleaners and seeing if they are able to re attach this for you,

I made two orders

I made two orders , first was not delivered because it was out of stock and I’m still yet to receive the second order for over a week , poor customer service as it takes up to 24 hours to get a response even from WhatsApp which is accessible these days by almost everyone and considered one of the fastest means of communication.

On the 4th January I ordered a trapstar…

On the 4th January I ordered a trapstar coat in a small. All sizes displayed available. Before Christmas I ordered an extra small and was told after waiting well over 5 days that they couldn't locate the item in the warehouse. I actually emailed first, then received the reply.

The same thing has happened this month only worse. I was told 2 days after the order they couldn't locate it in the warehouse. I was given a refund option or they will order and it would take 3-5 days. This was on the 6th January. I responded immediately stating i would like it ordered.

On the 10th January I emailed again, complaining that I hadnt even received an email to say anything had been ordered. I was told that the item had been ordered and I will get an update when it has been dispatched.

Why would you tell me that it takes 3 to 5days after ordering?

It is now the 20th January, I sent an email on the 16th and a watsapp and have still not received a response.

The customer service is outrageous. Ive not once received an apology for the wait time or any reassurance. Surely, a company would stock take and update their website accordingly.
Im really disappointed because I used this company years ago and they were brilliant.

Kindly note we respond within 24 - 48 working hours - this is detailed within our automated response. You had emailed on Friday evening, it is now only Tuesday - working days do not include weekends. We had apologised within our original email for the delay and have been working to get this item to you asap.

Unfortunately we have had issue with Trapstar stock hence the order being delayed. Due to your review we have no issue in refunding this - this was offered originally also but you said you had been okay to wait.

ESSENTIALS

Ordered a small Essentials hoodie which didn’t fit me right. Got in touch to exchange for a medium, even though I had stupidly cut the tags. Absolutely no issues from WYS who allowed me a return and swiftly dispatched my exchange. New one was with me in 2 days from them receiving the old one. Can’t fault the service at all and very happy with what I received. Definitely recommend these guys and I will be back in the future!
