Since this is the only way to get communication with your company im leaving another review for a response. I left a review about a faulty jumper the letter have come off the front of jumper, to which you replied you dont accept returns. This is a faulty item and i am well within my rights to get it replaced. Can you reply with some contact information that someone wull actually reply to so i can get this resolved. The essentials hoody which is a pricey item was washed as label states and letters came off the front after a couple of washes. This is not acceptable and for your company to not reply to any of my 7 emails about this is shocking! I would just like this replaced it was a xmas gift for my daughter and this is still unresolved

I made two orders , first was not delivered because it was out of stock and I’m still yet to receive the second order for over a week , poor customer service as it takes up to 24 hours to get a response even from WhatsApp which is accessible these days by almost everyone and considered one of the fastest means of communication.

On the 4th January I ordered a trapstar…
On the 4th January I ordered a trapstar coat in a small. All sizes displayed available. Before Christmas I ordered an extra small and was told after waiting well over 5 days that they couldn't locate the item in the warehouse. I actually emailed first, then received the reply.
The same thing has happened this month only worse. I was told 2 days after the order they couldn't locate it in the warehouse. I was given a refund option or they will order and it would take 3-5 days. This was on the 6th January. I responded immediately stating i would like it ordered.
On the 10th January I emailed again, complaining that I hadnt even received an email to say anything had been ordered. I was told that the item had been ordered and I will get an update when it has been dispatched.
Why would you tell me that it takes 3 to 5days after ordering?
It is now the 20th January, I sent an email on the 16th and a watsapp and have still not received a response.
The customer service is outrageous. Ive not once received an apology for the wait time or any reassurance. Surely, a company would stock take and update their website accordingly.
Im really disappointed because I used this company years ago and they were brilliant.

Ordered a small Essentials hoodie which didn’t fit me right. Got in touch to exchange for a medium, even though I had stupidly cut the tags. Absolutely no issues from WYS who allowed me a return and swiftly dispatched my exchange. New one was with me in 2 days from them receiving the old one. Can’t fault the service at all and very happy with what I received. Definitely recommend these guys and I will be back in the future!
