Smaller quantities of bins are despatched on a next working day delivery, larger quantities, 4 wheeled bins and any adaptions may take a day or two longer to get to you. However you can always use the live chat, email or give us a call to get an ETA.
Wheelie bins is part of the established Jaydee Living Ltd group which was established in 2006 and has many thousands of happy customers. We have supplied the likes SSE, Cambridge University and Apple to name just a few.

Ordering was easy however I was…
Ordering was easy however I was disappointed with the delivery. The bin was delivered to the billing address and not the shipping address which was mentioned on the invoice. It was collected quickly and then delivered to the correct address, but the instruction for delivery was not adhered to, the driver was asked to call 30 minutes before delivery so I could meet him to accept the delivery but he called me from the site so I had to release the code so he could access the car park for delivery. It was delivered and then left on the pallet, which I then had to arrange to be removed by another contractor. So overall not a pleasant experience, but my interaction with Kirsty in your office was fantastic, she would be the only reason I would choose to use your services again.

Apologies for the issue regarding your order. We have been facing immense pressure with the simpler recycling legislation coming in this month and it has led to a delay in all orders being dispatched from our warehouse.
We tried our best to communicate this via pop-up messages on our website as well as e-mails being sent out to all customers to explain our lead time being up to two weeks across all orders.

I ordered four wheelie bins which proved to be good quality when they arrived.
Ordering was easy and staff were helpful.
Can't really fault them.
Would just mention that the bins were delivered across two drops ( two arrived on the first day and then a couple of days later, the other two came)

Terrible delivery service
The wheelie bins themselves are fine, but the delivery process is not good. We are a business and are only in the office on certain days. despite telling them at least four times and two phone calls that no one is there after 5, they still kept giving us evening deliveries. When they did finally deliver (after hours) they argued that someone had to be present to receive them.

Once the couriers have collected the items from us we are limited in how much control we have over delivery timings unless these are booked specifically prior to the order. Often it is down to the couriers and how they plan their routes to when your delivery is likely to arrive.

Great product
Great product. Good website and helpful staff.The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because, having ordered two bins, they were delivered with one bin inside the other. These were impossible to separate on my own. I had to ask two very strong builders from a nextdoor building site to assist. They managed but not without an enormous amount nof effort.

We're sorry to hear that you had problems separating your bins on delivery. Where possible we send our wheelie bins together to help reduce our carbon footprint with multiple deliveries having to be made if we can combine certain orders to minimise pallet space and loading space in our couriers vans/lorries.
Combining the bins also helps us to keep delivery charges down as we are able to send them as one item with our courier and only charge our customers for one delivery.

Apologies that you didn't receive your order within 24 hours however we do state on our website that orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following day. From your order details I can see you placed your order on Feb 17th at 18:23 and we dispatched your order from our warehouse on the 18th.
Where possible we will try and dispatch orders on the same day however this isn't always possible when receiving late orders.
We're glad that the bins are satisfactory and we do appreciate the feedback.

Thank you for your review, as a small business we take customer feedback extremely seriously. Constructive feedback provides us with the opportunity to make the service we deliver to customers better.
We have looked into your order details and we can see that there was an issue with the original delivery due to the courier delivering the wrong bin initially, for this we apologise. This was collected on the same day and we had your correct order resent to you. We have seen from our tracking you ordered on the 17th and the bins were dispatched on the 18th and the first (incorrect) delivery was made on the 20th. The incorrect bins were collected on the 20th and the courier attempted to arrange a delivery time with your bins on the 25th and the 27th which were both rejected. You successfully arranged the delivery with our courier on the 29th.
From our e-mails we can see that your order confirmation shows one green bin and one black bin which is what our POD shows was accepted and delivered to your house. We can only apologise on behalf of the couriers for making the mistake initially, however the delivery which followed was correct in relation to the order we received. If you made a mistake when selecting the bin colours, please get in touch with our team and we would be more than happy to assist in rectifying this so you can return the incorrect bin and have the correct one sent out.
