Awesome service, friendly, seemingly interested people on the other end of the phone, not too much pushing.

I found it to be an interesting investment, so I decided to look into it further. When I contacted Whiskey and Wealth Club I was made to feel very welcome not pushed in any way to purchase. The investment was throughly explained in great detail. I explained that I was interested but had to move money, no pressure it was great dealing with these people. I have since purchased 4 barrels. I have also received certificates with cask numbers etc and a very nice welcome pack. Will quite possibly purchase more . Many thanks team.

For anyone looking to invest in something real, this group is the place. Ben, my account manager, has been with me each step of the way. His patience and follow up have been second to none, and I am looking forward to the future with W&W. I would highly recommend W&W to anyone, and plan on continuing my relationship long into the future.

My entire experience from start to finish was excellent. A very different out of the box type of investment, definitely something that should be considered for anyone that has extra disposable income for investment purposes. Gary was excellent with his communications with me and provided a lot of information in regards to my specific casks. As a few others here have mentioned they can be a little pushy, as I do understand their end game is to sell, sell, sell they could also be aware that many customers don't like pushy sales tactics, something to consider moving forwards. Regardless, I will most likely be purchasing more whisky in the future.

I found the experience of making an investment very simple. Tom explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. This includes contact before and after my investment. Plenty of online information too.

I reached out after seeing an ad online and was interested in learning more. I received a call from Aaron Blake who send me additional information and took me through the process. He was very knowledgeable and professional providing me information. I never felt pushed or hurried into a decision. After a few days I decided to move forward with a single pallet to enter the market which Aaron was happy to assist me with. Alex Mook also followed up on next steps once I had committed to purchase with additional information and yo walk me through the process. In a few days it was all settled and I was kept up to date and informed the whole way through. Definitely a great experience working with these gentleman and look forward to our continued relationship for year to come.

Pressure to read info and accept follow up quickly. And pressure to make a decision quickly or miss the opportunity. Background sounded like a call centre / trading floor of the kind full of sales types competing rather that being quietly knowledgeable. Only able to provide certain industry stats as the company is 5 years old and always with the comment that industry stats were based on cheap commercial quality not on theirs. Wouldn’t send certain statements via email only over the phone. When confirmed via email these were denied.

I have had a great experience with the whisky and wealth club so far.
I am only a minor investor, bit they have treated me well and are very professional.

I submitted a contact form on their website and in no time I got a call from Mark.
He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions on the spot.
The process from my initial enquiry to the final purchase was very smooth and was in contact with Mark at all times advising on everything is going on and what would happen next.

Karl was very knowledgeable and helpful. During the onboarding process he frequently arranged calls around my availability (often in the evenings) to check-in and see if I had any questions. I highly recommend Whisky and Wealth as the information they provide and service they offer is impeccable

Tom and Ben from the Sydney office were excellent as were the rest of the staff we dealt with. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and available to answer any questions. The company itself in total were also all the above and did what they said they would do. In addition their welcome pack was an unexpected surprise.

I started my Whiskey and Wealth club because I have been searching for a way to diversify my small investment portfolio for months, I then saw a Youtube ad about whiskey investment, got interested and downloaded the brochure and started doing my own research.

I think it was a day or two later when Aaron B contacted, He took time to explain the inner workings of the investment, and whiskey purchasing. One phone call had me ready to invest there and then, unfortunately it took a week or two to sort everything out. During this time Aaron and the Whiskey and Wealth team were in contact with me, providing reassurance and calm professional and friendly atmosphere.

I have been extremely impressed with my experience and Aaron B that I hope that he will always be my contact person moving forward. Not only am I looking forward to the next time I will be able to purchase more casks, I am also looking forward to five/ten years down the line when I might sell my first purchase because I KNOW that the team will help guide me through the entire process.

Whiskey investment seems risky and volatile like all other investment, but in the experience (and from researching) I (have had I) feel safer about this investment than my stocks and shares and other I have.

If you are on the fence about committing this is your sign to do it, take the leap of faith. "What's past is prologue" and with the way single malt whiskey has been outpacing and performing on the market place I would personally say that this is the investment you are looking for and the team you want/ need to help you understand, purchase and even sell when the time comes.

I had a great experience working with this company. I had no idea about Whiskey investment. I wrote to them and I immediately received a call from them. Ben Dunlop from their Sydney office contacted me and explained about the investment and end-to-end process. He shared a lot of information, which helped me taking decision. I received my welcome pack this morning and that again was a "WOW" experience. Super Happy.
