Whiskey & Wealth Club Avis 

To update you on the promise made to me in December 2025 to have my casks sold, I, in good faith, posted the what i percieved as positive news. But now, 10 months later (and 17 months after i asked if they can be sold), 4 of the 6 casks i purchased back in 2020 remain unsold and its completely baffling. The whole premise is really exciting, buy the whiskey, hold it for 5 years and they sell it for you and you make some profit for the investment. But in reality its not that easy. my experience is genuine, i can share more details if you wish.

I was called by one of the sydney team to discuss my portfollio, I asked about the insurance of the caks so i could add to my estate planning due to the investment, I recieved some type of document but on reading it it didnt cover the warehouse my casks are supposidley kept in, i have sent numerous emails to Paige who assued it was an oversight and would get me the correct doucument, i have phoned the office and no one answers, this has been ongoing from june the 16th and still no documentation, as "owners of casks" and im going to use that word losely that have paid for 10 years storage they would be able to produce the relevent documentation and they would know that the documentation was missing entire warehouses. I have asked about being able to tranfer the casks to a private warehouse and while they say I can im wondering if anyone was able to do it without hassel from what i can only assumen would come my way when trying to do this based on the communication from paige. maybe when they see this review then i might get answers but a tip for all "owners" ask for the insurance documents, lets put the preassure on!!!

We have some almost 6 year old casks with whiskey wealth club. As others have said communication can be difficult and I sent a number of messages that didn't get any reply.
Eventually in January I spoke to James who was very helpful - assured me the value had gone up - did mention the market was not as boyant as it had been when we first invested. We agreed to sell 3 casks and sent off the certificates to Whiskey Wealth Club.
Since then nothing has happened. I have chased up many times but the casks have not been sold. I was told 2 or 3 months as the expected timeframe.
While I appreciate the market isnt as buoyant as 2020, Whiskey and Wealth haven't managed to sell 3 casks in over 7 months.

UPDATE August - I was contacted by Karl who was very helpful and explained James had been away for a period. I'm delighted that they have sold one of my casks for a price I am very happy with. I'm hoping the other two will also sell this year.

They promised I could cash out after 3 years, with increasing returns at 5 years and very good returns at 10 years. At 3 years when I tried to cash out I was told there was no chance. They are now five years old and while they have been put up for sale I have been told the chances of selling are very low because of the market.

For anyone reading reviews of Whiskey & Wealth I would advise you to completely skip the reviews of people who have just invested money with them, and who are delighted with this or that of their experience, because they have no experience of the most important part (cashing out with a profit).

I am being told that 8 years is a promising timeframe. Maybe I will get my money with interest at 8 years. But equally maybe I will be told at 8 years that the market is just really bad at the moment. Maybe I will be having the same conversation at the end of 10 years? Right now, I have no idea if I will see my money again.

Geen informatie over dit proces, op mailtjes wordt met bijna standaard teksten gereageerd maar verder geen enkele vooruitgang. Ik zie me dan nu helaas ook genoodzaakt deze negatieve review te schrijven in de hoop dat dit voor een oplossing gaat zorgen.

I have been investing with WWC for some time but until this incident I had no issue to be concerned! However, in February 2026 I invested with WWC in their Kilarrow Bowmore release. Usually after a month the certificates arrive but on this occasion they didn't. Despite repeated requests for them I still haven't received them. I was then told that this matter was being discussed by the team in Sydney with Scott the CEO, whom I spoke with on two separate occasions and was offered alternative investments which I immediately declined and requested a refund. Subsequent to this conversation I have followed numerous times with Scott directly via messages and email. I was told refunds have a process to go through and that this would be sent via email that was 4 weeks ago and still I haven't either received the email or my refund! The communication by this Company is very poor and they are in breach of their own contract and still haven't given me my refund.

I had quite a few questions for Aaron but he answered them all very professionally We had quite a few phone calls before I invested and I never felt uncomfortable.the process so far has been very well handled by Aaron and his colleagues. James in cork Ireland

We have been investors with Whiskey & Wealth club for over a year now. We came across owning whiskey barrels as another form of diversifying our investment portfolio. After a long period researching about this, we decided to reach out to gain more knowledge.

I was in contact with Max (who’s now left the company) who was informative about the investment we will be making and what it will entail for the future regarding our ROI with holding time.

My wife and I brought a pallet each (12 barrels) and the process was easy once we invested.

Aaron who’s now taken over from Max has been incredible as there was a period of time with no response with regard to my wife’s pallet in gaining her data and getting certificates along with her welcome pack which verifies her ownership.

After trying to get in contact with Max for quite some time to gain knowledge regarding her pallet. We were to find out he had exited from the company which we were informed after getting in contact with Aaron. He immediately went to work to fix our issues and put our worries to bed.

He kept us in the loop and was very transparent in updating us about my wife’s status on her pallet etc.
The communication he kept up was reassuring. We received news that her pallet was still being held and waiting to be moved to the bonded warehouse where it will be kept. We were informed that there was no exact timeline this will be actioned which was frustrating given it had been a year since our investment.
He quickly came up with a solution to give us another pallet which was a little more unique (Peat malt) barrels in which was under the companies ownership.
So instead of waiting for her original pallet which we weren’t sure of the timeline, we were given this option and he was very informative of the barrels we now own.

Also, Aaron sent us a nice bottle of whiskey along with the welcome pack and certificates for the headache caused. Could not speak more highly of Aaron who’s been great since taking over and fixing our issue/ worries. And above all, instincts don’t lie and he’s a great lad!

My experience with Whisky & Wealth Club over the past six years has truly been a positive and rewarding one.From the very beginning, coming in as someone from a foreign market and not knowing the company personally, I was naturally cautious, especially with the number of scams circulating in the investment space.

My experience with Whiskey & Wealth Club has been consistently disappointing due to prolonged delays and a lack of proactive communication.

I first requested the sale of my remaining casks in April 2025, with the aim of exiting by October 2025. Despite repeated follow-ups, the casks were not placed onto the market until several months later, and only after I published a Google review did I receive contact from a senior member of the team.

At no point was I informed about the internal personnel changes that contributed to these delays, nor was I updated when the staff member managing my account went on leave. Every update I received was reactive, and only after I chased for information myself.

I fully understand that whiskey casks are commodities and that no provider can guarantee a sale price or timeframe. However, the issues I experienced relate to the service, not the market. Clear instructions were given months in advance, yet there was no transparency, no communication about delays, and no realistic guidance provided on the marketability of younger stock.

For context, two of my previous casks were sold without issue, which makes the lack of diligence on the remaining casks even more noticeable.

I am still awaiting resolution and timely communication from the company. My experience so far does not reflect the level of professionalism or client care I expected when making this investment.
