I had a great experience with my first cask investment and felt very well looked after by Jack. He kept me well informed and helped me understand how the investment works. It’s a long-term investment for me, so I’ll simply leave it to mature—whether for my future or my children’s.

I have been looking at options for investing for about an year outside of the usual, stocks and shares, ISA’s and property which for many are the ‘norm’. Given the recent government changes with regard to taxes and reduction in ISA’s and Capital Gains etc, I started to research whiskey cask ownership which on paper, seemed a sensible avenue. But, other than drinking Whiskey, I knew nothing about investing in this area. That’s where Whiskey and Wealth Club came in to the picture. A Black Friday email prompted me to get some additional information, Jack Bristow from W&WC called me and talked me through all of the options that were available, the ethos of the company and how the investment and ownership works. At no time at all was there any hard selling or pressure to do anything and any follow ups were agreed between Jack and I and any questions that I had were answered efficiently. Also, Jack did inform me that the ‘Black Friday’ offers wasn’t suitable for me at this juncture and after listening to my mid and long term objectives and current situation, steered me to something much more suitable. Jack helped me along the way with next steps and expectations which was brilliant and as I am very new and nervous to investing any cash into anything ‘unknown’ I really gained confidence to go ahead. I’m extremely glad to have taken the step to invest and I look forward to the long term relationship and returns from W&WC. Thanks Jack.

I have been an investor with Whiskey & Wealth Club for 4 years. I trust their product and their team is always professional and care about their investor's needs and goals. I needed to sell some of my whiskey a year ago and this was carried out fast and easily. I still have a large amount of whiskey invested and am looking forward to the growth in the coming years. Scott, Martin, Karl and Team are excellent.

I invested for long term diversification reasons, the entry experience was excellent.
Unfortunately my health had declined after 7 months and I requested an early exit due to unforeseen circumstances which was finalised at 10 months by Whiskey and Wealth Club professional staff, particularly Ben, Scott and the Sydney team, a short term investment with 9% ROI.

I invested in the Donn Craft Whiskey offer in 2024, which included a purchase-back agreement. While the process initially took longer than expected and required several follow-ups, I’m pleased to confirm that everything has now been successfully settled. The team remained responsive throughout and ultimately delivered on their commitment. I appreciate their effort in resolving the situation.

Final Update (December 23, 2025)

I’ve decided to leave my earlier messages below — not to dwell on difficulties, but out of respect for the journey. It was long and, at times, genuinely worrying. But it brought us to this point — and I believe that matters.

I'm happy to share that the long-awaited documents have finally arrived — and with them, a renewed sense of trust and hope for a more stable, long-term relationship moving forward.

This period has been challenging for everyone involved. That’s why I’m especially proud that my trust has been justified — not through perfection, but through follow-through. Whiskey & Wealth Club has restored the strength of its good name, perhaps even more meaningfully than before, by showing that honoring commitments — even after setbacks — can be a path to resilience.

After all, sometimes what doesn’t break us really does make us stronger.

I invested in a Craft Rum cask package in May 2024 and am still waiting for clear confirmation of filling, cask numbers, and the finalised buyback agreement.
The team has responded politely to my inquiries, but the promised updates keep being pushed back, and so far there’s been no tangible progress.

Reading recent reviews here, I’ve started to wonder whether others are in a similar situation. I’ll be following this page over the coming days and may share another update soon.

Update (November 11, 2025):
Just a brief follow-up to share that I remain in contact with WWC and always appreciate hearing from their kind and responsive support team.

Since posting my original review on October 27, I’ve come across several reviews from fellow investors — including one posted on November 3 — that reflect similar timelines and concerns. I trust the next steps will align with the company’s strong reputation and its commitment to delivering on promises.

Week 79 since investment.
No certificate. No response.
Still, the silence feels courteous — maybe that's what keeps me hopeful.
Waiting continues.
Marking time here for my own record — and perhaps for others in similar positions.

As usual the process with whisky and wealth club was great. I have now bought my 3rd investment with the company and Aaron this time provided me all the relevant info before I made my decision to invest further through whisky and wealth club.

Been a member of whiskey and wealth club for a year now and receiving great returns on my investment compared to banks.
I wanted to diversify my investments and the guys at whiskey and wealth are very professional and accommodating and the service is first class.
I got recommended from a friend already invested in the company and have certainly not been disappointed Jake is my account manager and is always there on the end of the phone to help and has helped and guided me with the process of buying my first casks I strongly recommend this company if you are looking for great customer service and not just being a number they look after their clients and the returns historically make it a sound investment .
Would also like to mention Paige to has always been there to help when needed.

I have an investment with this company and I am expecting to exit after almost 4 years. An agent is normally helping, but it often get challenging to communicate and reach them as they are not prompt to quickly reply to emails... I will update the process as we go, hoping that they are seriously working on my case.
On Nov 4, someone replied to my trustpilot post to contact them, but without writing who in the company I should specifically contact while I have been sending emails for the last 3 weeks without a reply.
On Dec 5th, I received an email and call from a manager apologizing about the miss-management (lack of proper client communication) and informing me that they were able to secure a sell for 50% of my assets. I received the deposit the following week. While this was a good news, I am still expecting to liquidate 100% of my assets as soon as possible. The buyback agreement was signed for 2025, so I am hoping to see the other 50% sold asap, even though they are trying to tell me to wait more years because it's most likely to be sold if it was around 8years old... Nope, I still feel very uncomfortable to stay in business with the company, so I keep telling them to sell fast and asap. Plus I was never told about the 8years wait when I joined. I've always stated/written that it will be a 3 years investment for me, that I could have extended my hold to 5 years based on the service received. I was only and always told that it's a minimum 3 years investment that appreciate more with time. With what I saw the last 4 years, I just want out!
On Jan 29th, I have been contacted by an agent of the company confirming that they were preparing to send me the left remittance for my investment. The following day, I received the payment. I am happy they finally did it and it was a profitable investment. I just think that it's unfortunate that I had to enable some level of pressure to see it through.

I have been a happy customer of Whiskey & Wealth Club since 2019 and recently had a successful divestment.

Whilst I know there are a lot of players in the space but WWC are a proven provider. Despite the current Macro challenges, Paige and Martin in the Customer Relations team helped us exit and we are grateful for their support and communication
