Never return calls. Always have an excuse. Never a good time. Markets are going to explode etc. don't trust them.

My initial contact was Tom from the Sydney office. Tom was very descriptive and insightful when responding to my questions. He also sent me information that supported what he had shared over a phone call.
This was followed up a few days later by a phone call from Ben, the Sydney GM, who was great to talk to, and made me feel like I was being heard. In the end, the timing for me wasn't right, but I will eventually invest in the Whiskey & Wealth Club.

My wife and I have recently invested in Corowa Whiskey. The experience from start to finish was exceptional. Totally professional and a no pressure environment. We were so impressed we flew to Melbourne from NZ to attend the VIP function at Corowa. It was everything we hoped it would be and more. Thanks to James, Stewart and Molly from the W&W Sydney office, you were all amazing.

After investing for a few years, finally was able to attend one of the distillery tours in Corowa. It was well organised,the staff were amazing and it was a fantastic day! Props to James P for giving that extra special attention as one of his clients!

After very recently investing with WWC my wife and I were invited to attend a tour of the Corowa Distillery in NSW. The tour was fantastic and it was great to meet the Australian WWC team and the owner and staff at the Corowa Distillery. We were treated to a great day and it was a great opportunity to see our investment, and the passion about whiskey held by the Corowa Distillery and Australian WWC teams. My wife and I have been clients of Whiskey & Wealth Club since 2021, following our first purchase of Scotch whisky casks. Admittedly, we approached the market with hesitation given the amount of negative information surrounding cask investments at the time. After carefully vetting multiple brokers, we ultimately chose Whiskey & Wealth Club after an outstanding experience speaking with Calum. His patience, thoroughness, and willingness to answer every question gave us the confidence we needed to move forward.

Since then, we have continued to expand our portfolio with additional casks through WWC. Most recently, we had the opportunity to meet Scott, the CEO, during a last-minute trip to Miami. Despite being based in London, Calum went above and beyond to coordinate the meeting. We expected just a brief introduction, but Scott generously spent two hours with us, sharing insights into the company's growth and vision for the future. His passion and leadership only strengthened our confidence in Whiskey & Wealth Club.

This firm is setting the standard for transparency and integrity in an emerging industry that desperately needs both. They are actively pushing for greater regulation and accountability across the cask investment space, and it shows in every interaction we've had. After investing with W&WC two years ago, I requested to visit my casks on location. Molly Odlum and Calum Gallagher managed to arrange a meeting with the warehouse operator in East Kilbride. During the tour though the warehouse I was shown my casks that have just turned three years old. That was an exciting moment. Thank you, Molly and Calum!

I contacted whiskey and wealth club two years ago, we had a conversation, I wisely decided not to invest in whiskey casks. I say wisely because shortly after that my life changed for good and I accepted Islam. So I am not willing to participate in something that is related to alcohol and /or riba (interests).
So upon a second contact, today, I stated that I wasn't interested anymore, and I motivated. The guy on the other side of the phone, was rude to say the least. He also started swearing and patronising me.
This is not professional nor acceptable.

What a brilliant experience we had during our recent visit to The Foundry Vault, kindly organised by Jake McKinley, Whiskey & Wealth Club’s Director of Client Relations.

From the outset, we were made to feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble for The Foundry Vault Co-Owner, Stephen Hanna, and Carol, who’s knowledge and passion for what they do is outstanding. The facility is also extremely secure and is first class in every way, in keeping with Whiskey & Wealth Club’s premium brand.

As investors of cask whiskey, we loved our visit and were left feeling very reassured our investment was not only stored securely, but also in extremely capable hands. Thank you!

I’ve had mixed experiences with Whiskey & Wealth Club over the years. The team is polite and professional, and they do take time to explain the process thoroughly, which I appreciated as a new investor. That said, while the returns have been satisfactory, I feel the overall experience didn’t quite live up to the high expectations set by others. Special thanks to the helpful staff, but there’s still room for improvement to make the journey more seamless. A solid, average experience for me. 3 stars.

Jake is the best! Extremely knowledgeable, and will guide you through the process expertly. He always returns calls, you couldn’t find a better agent to take care of you. Thank you for all your hard work and attention.

Hinch Distillery Tour & Lunch
We were invited to a tour of Hinch Distillery and for a tasting and lunch. We had an amazing time and everything was super simple. From arrangements before the trip, booking lunch & recommended accommodation in Belfast, to on the day - we felt very well looked after. Jake joined us on the tour and were on our table for lunch and was great fun and very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for your hospitality and look forward to the next event!

Honestly one of the best investment I've ever made, the staff are exceptional in what the do and I want to give a special shout out to Jake for all his hard work and dedication.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with the sales team at Whiskey & wealth Club, and I feel compelled to share it. The salespeople I interacted with were incredibly rude and dismissive. It felt as though they were more interested in wasting my time rather than engaging in a respectful conversation about their products.

The unprofessional tone and lack of courtesy were disappointing, especially from a brand I had hoped to support. This kind of customer service will only drive potential customers away and hurt the business in the long run.

I sincerely hope that the Whiskey & wealth Club team takes this feedback to heart and works on improving the professionalism and manners of their sales staff.

I was recently contacted by Jake McKinley. I am usually against strangers ringing me on the phone but his approach was very friendly and by way of a change I enjoyed talking to him. He was honest, detailed and very helpful about my current investments and a future one. We had a good conversation and I felt at the end of it he was someone I could trust.
