Simpsons Jet Of Whitby Avis

The whole process was smooth. Simpson's kept me up to date by communicating regularly with me.

Very fast delivery, great product, nice packaging.

The website is easy to navigate. When the item arrived it was packaged very well and thoughtfully. I liked the information about Whitby Jet especially as this was to be a gift. 😊

Absolutely delighted with my surprise gift of jet and silver stud earrings, bought by my partner who visited the Whitby shop on the spur of the moment. I can fully appreciate the adjective for black being an apt description.
The jewellery is unique. I shall purchase a matching pendant

Nice piece of jet encased in silver
Looks great!

Absolutely a 5 star experience from start to finish. I purchased a beautiful bracelet as a present for my partners birthday after seeing the bracelet in the shop window on a recent day trip to Whitby. Derek was absolutely fantastic in getting the bracelet delivered to me by the following morning... Just in time for me to wrap it up to give to my partner on her birthday which was the following day. Just fantastic service all round.

Everything about my purchase to the delivery was great, easy and smooth.

I ordered a piece for my wife for our 27th anniversary. We live in Las Vegas Nevada. The item arrived in short order at a fair price and most importantly Monica loved it and wore it to work today with a smile. Browsing for future gifts now. Thank you!!

Excellent efficient service.item was much nicer than it appeared on website.

Quick delivery. Beautiful earrings, good price

Great Communication, and smooth process

My granddaughter loves her whitby jet earrings!

Beautiful jewellery, excellent communication, and quick delivery - thank you!

My husband bought me the necklace and earings about 10 years ago and i broke one of them . The ones i bought are a bit longer but i love them. Beautifully made and very comfortable to wear every day. They came very quickly and packaged lovely.
So thank you

I spotted a jet signet ring in Simpsons Jet of Whitby as I was mooching my round the town
They didn't have my size but took my details as believed they had one in store. I contacted to confirm I was interested via email and Derek sent one out the following week!

Lovely people to do business with and I love my ring, a treasured gift from a wonderful break!

Lovely online website which is easy to use. Quick delivery, item well presented in a lovely box too. Quality of earings are amazing. Information leaflet added too to explain all about the company which is a nice touch. I have purchased from this company many times online and in person and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The piece of jewellery was lovely & the shop was easy to deal with. The item was sent with gift wrapping in case it was a present for someone else. Recommend seller.
