White & Company PLC - Guernsey Avis 

The White guys moved us out over 2 days and into our new home over another 2 days. White’s had provided us with as many packing boxes of different sizes as we required. They were quick, friendly and very helpful. Very many thanks to them for making the physical move out and then in as painless as possible.

Admin was fine.
Friendly and efficient crew. Worked very hard in 2 difficult premises. All done by 5pm.
Only one thing. I thought they might have taken unused boxes and packing paper with them.

White and Co stepped in to assist us when our removal date was cancelled and put back to another date and our removal company was unable to assist as they were already fully booked and could not accommodate the new moving date. White and Co collected our furniture from the other removal company and delivered it within a week. Staff worked fast and were extremely pleasant and helpful. Job done in 3 hours!

Polite, pleasant staff both ends of the move. Despite a challenging lift out of the Guernsey house, nothing was too much trouble, nothing was viewed as a problem. They were amazing. Also lovely to have one member of staff the same both ends of the move.
And not one, single breakage.

The movers were amazing. There were a number of tricky stairs at both the house we were leaving and the house we were moving into. The movers were very polite, efficient and helpful.

I delivered my consignment to the Guernsey depot at the end of September 2023; the warehouse man was extremely helpful and accommodating, however unfortunately that's where the good service ended. The reception/admin lady (on each time I visited) was short in her manner and probably not well suited to a public facing role. I was told by the depot manager that my consignment would be delivered to NZ in 12-18 weeks and although I emailed to enquire what was happening with the delay I never received anything but vague excuses. Included in the consignment were guitars with a combined value of over £12,000. I constructed bespoke timber boxes for these to ensure they had the best protection possible. On Monday 19th August 2024, almost 11 months after I delivered it to the Guernsey depot, the consignment was delivered to my house in NZ. Meanwhile I have been "living out of a suitcase". I am currently in Europe and have not had a chance to inspect the condition of my belongings, however I have received photographs that show opened, broken and dirty boxes. I am dreading the condition of my worldly belongings, valuables and guitars. My insurer has already informed me that the time delay is unacceptable and the consignment will likely not be covered. My recommendation therefor is; DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Whites were very efficient and provided a very good service from when they came to quote up until they moved us. They were extremely professional and helpful. would not hesitate to recommend them.
