They turned up when they should, they worked all day packing our house up in readiness for the move, they arrived on time to finish loading the truck on the day of the move then drove around 4hrs to our new house and then made sure we had a bed to sleep in, the two men worked really hard for the 3 days they moved us from Wiltshire to Kent

Please avoid this company as they are rude and disrespectful to neighbours and road users. Driver knowingly blocked a road for nearly 30 minutes because he needed a break and was collecting empty boxes. There was a perfectly good parking space a mere 15/30 second walk away but he chose to block the road for all road users for 30 minutes because he didn’t want to walk an extra 30 seconds. Reg was WX18 VWR. Company should use smaller vans so they don’t block people in their homes. I had a baby in the car and was unable to access my own home because of this company. It’s about being considerate and polite to people. He was asked multiple times to move his lorry but refused because he was on a break - he should have parked up somewhere safe to have his break rather than illegally blocking a road. Imagine if an emergency vehicle needed to go down the road, he would have delayed people receiving the help they required. 5 minutes would have been acceptable.

From the start the communication with the Whites was very.
On the day of pickup the team that arrived were very professional and straight on the job. I was absolutely delighted with the team’s relentless work ethic and determination to minimise disruption. They packed and treated all of our belongings with the utmost care.
On drop off day again the team arrived on schedule and again nailed it! There was no problem or task to big for them and worked relentlessly to make sure everything was put in the right place.

Over all an absolute great experience from the company and the team that moved us.

White and Co Winchester were fantastic throughout the whole process. Adam, the branch manager could not have been more reassuring during a fraught moving day for us. Tom, Russell, Paul and Will were great, staying on late to get us in on the day. Highly recommended.

The guys who did the packing, loading and unloading were excellent. Sadly, on loading day, the third man didn't turn up for work. As a result, the two others had to do all the loading, and we had to do a lot of carrying. We were a couple of hours late having the property clear, and since we had a long drive to our new house, we were worried we might not arrive in time to collect the keys that afternoon. All in all, that made moving day very much more stressful than it should have been.

The team were polite, friendly, conscientious and got the job done with time to spare.

Really great company, good communication from the start, punctual and helpful at answering queries. Helped us move a lot of stuff and helped us feel less stressed about the move. A couple of items had very minor damage during handling, otherwise would rate 5 stars!

Can’t recommend this company enough, highly professional and friendly from start to finish. Taylor, Ben and Paul absolutely worked their socks off, while remaining good humoured and extremely polite for the whole 3 days they were with us. All our belongings were itemised, expertly wrapped with great care, and all boxes labelled. Well done White & Company!
