A definite Winner…
Plastic bags are so useful when it comes to disposing of rubbish but this product is made of 100% recycled material; the bags are a great size, sturdy and cheerfully coloured. Love them and couldn't recommend more! Any email correspondence was answered promptly.

Totally unhappy customer
I placed an order and made sure I selected non subscription, according to them I don't have a subscription but they took £39 out out of my bank account anyway for a subscription Idont have. I will have to get the bank to deal with this as a fraudulent payment and make sure they never pay them again.
This is a con, wished Id never bothered with them, can't speak to anyone, it's all emails. They send a standard email back saying sorry for delay they will get back to you,probably because they have such a backlog of complaining customers. Dont buy this product unless you want the hassle of trying to get money back for goods you did not order. It is a rip off! Company is almost a bunch of scammers. Not to mention the delivery was terrible, box was thrown over the fence, rather than ring the bell, box burst open on impact leaving toilet rolls rolling round yard, shocking!!!.

The paper is soft and does what it is…but wrapping each roll individually does not feel very eco-friendly to me.
The paper is soft and does what it is supposed to do, but I have issues with each roll being individually wrapped, even if the paper is recyclable. It just seems such a waste. Also, they are expensive, and a pack costs me £18.00, which is far higher than I pay for recycled paper. I get it is bamboo, I get they are different and trying to be fun, but wrapping each roll individually and using a cardboard box for 18 rolls feels a bit like an exercise in how to create recycling.

We completely get that the individual wrappers can raise some questions, Susan! We wrap them this way to keep the rolls clean and hygienic without using any plastic packaging. Since the wrappers themselves are paper, they can easily be recycled or even reused. We also hear you loud and clear on the price difference. Bamboo does naturally cost a bit more to produce than standard recycled paper, so we totally understand how that initial price tag feels heavy on the budget. When you crunch the numbers on the cost per 100 sheets, we actually tend to stack up pretty favorably against most brands on the market. We’re always looking at ways to make sustainability more affordable, and we really appreciate you giving us an honest try!

Very satisfying with the product you can feel the difference between the regular toilet paper immediately, very good quality toilet paper and no toxic chemicals, and I can brag enough about the trash bags simply the best love it, and boy the delivery service is top notch too, very good job keep up the great work.

Great company. Quality loo roll, and makes you feel good knowing you’re giving something back. Super easy to order and I now have my loo roll on display as the packaging is pretty cool..good to order in bulk as you never run out and have to dash to the corner shop 🤪

Deeply unhappy and asked for a refund
I placed an order on 5th July. They chose Evri as the delivery agent. Evry confirmed they had received the package on 7th July. Every said my parcel was out for delivery on 8th July and then said " This parcel is bigger than expected" and I have had no update since. I have contacted both Everi and Whogivesacrap and after initial reassurances have heard nothing from either for the last 4 days. Deeply unhappy. I've asked for a refund.

They certainly DO NOT give a crap
For a company that likes to shout that they "give a crap" I was disappointed to find out that they still use Evri as their primary courier. They lost my parcel again and it had to be resent with DPD who got it to me next business day (As it should be, no-one wants to run out of loo roll)
Evri do not give a crap about their staff, or their clients or the environment, why would you choose them as a business, because they are the cheapest, which just reiterates that however much who gives a crap shout that they give a crap, they in fact, do not, they only care about making as much money as possible.
And they had the audacity to upgrade my account to only have orders delivered through DPD to try and appease me, every order for every customer should be sent through a delivery company that gives a crap.
I will not be ordering from them again. I'm going to try naked paper instead, they use DPD for every order and are somehow still cheaper than who gives a crap.

Waiting around on something as essential as loo roll is never a position we want our customers to be in. We're working with multiple couriers across the UK to balance reliability and cost in different regions. Evri handles a significant portion of our volume, but that doesn't excuse what happened to your parcel. We've upgraded you to DPD for future orders which is our attempt to make this right on our end. We know that might feel like too little, too late, and we can't undo the inconvenience or broken trust this caused. We're sorry we didn't deliver for you this time, but hope you may be willing to give us another chance in future.
Great firm to deal with
Great firm to deal with. Feel like a valued customer after just 2 deliveries. Product is great and does last a long time. I delayed my second subscription order by 3 weeks and still had 3 rolls left over. I'm impressed.

I have been using this for about 3 years now - I was a little sceptical at first and the recycled stuff didn’t really work for me but the bamboo version is a game changer - it lasts soooo long and having done all the calculations works out so much cheaper than something like Andrex or even a posh store brand version which is like for like. I will never change now. Perfect. Pretty too!

Best toilet paper ever! I have so many reasons for disliking regular toilet paper and I haven't found a single reason to dislike this toilet paper yet. I use the tissue and paper towels too. All are fantastic!

Who Gives A Crap Toilet Paper new Splash 💦 wrappers
Who Gives A Crap in new Splash 💦 wrappers came up so it was straightforward to order. The Splash designs look so amazing. At checkout I added some bamboo paper towels but recently realised I never received them. I assume they got “lost” in the system as it’s over 1 month ago.
Luckily I realised and reached out to customer service who responded very promptly and with an apology. The paper towels are now heading my way.
Because I bought a large box, I needed to open the box and transport some of the rolls up 64 stairs to my unit.Then I needed to pop them away and I ended up making a cool installation by building them up into a wall.
The bamboo TP is soft, strong, sustainable and I love ❤️ that 50% of profits help those in other communities to access clean water.
I’m a new convert!

Sustainable option but not for me
Love the ethos and sustainability of this brand. Yes you get a lot more on a roll but you do need a lot more than other brands so doesn’t last that much longer. Main issue for me is it pills, so it leaves bits of paper all in your bits!!! For this reason I won’t be buying again.
