Who Gives A Crap Avis 

Quick delivery, good to the environment and the toilet paper looks good stacked in my bathroom.

We had never ordered from Who Gives A Crap before and were genuinely excited to try your products after hearing so many positive reviews.
We placed our order on 20th July. It was shipped on 21st July, and Evri confirmed delivery for 23rd July.

On 23rd July, the Evri tracking showed our parcel as "out for delivery" from 9am. We waited in all day, but no driver ever arrived.

By that evening, we contacted Evri to find out what was going on. From that point onwards, all we received were automated replies, generic emails and repeated promises that the parcel would be delivered "today". Every one of those promises was broken.

At the same time, we contacted Who Gives A Crap several times, expecting the retailer to step in and help.

Nothing.

No meaningful response. No ownership. No support. Just silence.

It is now 26th July and we still have no parcel, no explanation of where it is, and no resolution from either company.

The most frustrating part isn't even the delay. Delays happen.

It's the complete lack of accountability.
Evri couldn't tell us where our parcel was. Who Gives A Crap offered no meaningful support whatsoever. As the customer, we were simply left to chase both companies while neither took responsibility.

For a company that promotes itself as ethical and customer focused, this experience has been anything but. Your values seem to stop the moment you take the money.

This was our first order. It will also be our last. If this is the level of support new customers receive when there's a problem, I simply cannot recommend buying from Who Gives A Crap.

I had heard about this company for a while and decided to give the toilet paper a try. I have been very happy with the decision. Not only is it convenient to have it delivered, it doesn't leave paper residue behibd on your behind- (sorry)- and I like knowing that I am helping in a small way to provide toilets and clean water for worldwide. Little things we can do can make a big difference!

Absolutely appalling customer service.
I placed an order for essential household products that, due to health requirements, we cannot replace with another brand. The parcel was due on Thursday and is now over three days late.
Evri repeatedly assured us it would be delivered, yet the tracking hasn't moved and every promised delivery date has been missed. Even worse, Who Gives A Crap have ignored multiple emails asking for help. As the retailer, they are responsible for ensuring customers receive their orders, yet they have left us to deal with Evri with no meaningful support.
We are a family of five with three young children and have now completely run out of the products we rely on. They cannot be bought locally, and Who Gives A Crap only use Evri, leaving us with no alternative.
The products may be excellent, but when something goes wrong, the customer service has been non existent. Ignoring customers while an essential order is days overdue is simply unacceptable.
I cannot recommend a company that fails to support its customers when they need help the most.

Ok so this is the stuff I wipe my bum with so why bother to write a review? First of all we discovered Who Gives a Crap when the holiday cottage we used in Scotland used it- we noticed how much softer and lighter yet stronger it was than the thicker stuff we usually used. Then we learnt it was made from bamboo not trees - bonus. Then we learnt that every time we bought any it helped others - double bonus. Then we learnt that because it's thinner you get more on a roll and it actually lasts longer than the other stuff - triple bonus!

Who Gives A Crap is the coolest toilet paper ever. Hands down. I'm so happy to be able to support such a great company.

Who Gives A Crap is such a refreshing company. They’ve taken a simple idea, marketed it brilliantly and just do it well.

I’ve been a customer for years, never had any issues, guiltily had a huge box of toilet roll during lockdown (remember when all the rolls disappeared?), and their emails are fun too.

We’ve recently grabbed their sponges, which are also really great.

If you’re reading this WGAC - keep up the great work!

I absolutely love this company!!
I use the bamboo toilet paper which I find soft. I also use tissues, dish cloths, kitchen rolls, and doggy poop bags which are soooo strong!!
It’s convenient that it can be delivered right to your front door.
My last order I had the splash special addition which was great!!
I find the toilet rolls last days and days!!
Apart from that, Who gives a crap!!?? 🤣😎😎😎

I’m so happy to have found TP and tissues that aren’t harmful for my delicate areas and actually work! I’ve tried a few brands, but Who Give a Crap is the 💩.

Earth-friendly, pet-friendly, personable, and financially-friendly. I found this company as a pop-up add and decided to look further into them. (I loved everything I read about them. Also the advertising & packaging is clever (always giving me a chuckle) and the products are very appealing as well as efficient.
Because of ALL the aforementioned reasons, I was sure that their products would be WAY out of my price-range, but it is really not that much more AND it’s environmentally better in all ways. I will continue to ise this company’s products and will also keep introducing them to my friends!

Love this toilet paper it is soft and although it is not as thick as I am used to it does the job well .Dust drove me mad with shop bought ones and now that problem is solved . It is eco friendly and profits helps to provide toilets and fresh water around the world so that is Amazing too .

Super cute wrapping, quick delivery. The toilet paper itself is thick and amazing quality. Works great on messy baby poops which if you know, you know. 10/10 would use again

I bought some of their 'Dream Cloths' and I have to say that they are expensive and although they do wash, they emerge looking the same as they went in! Although they function well, there's nothing more unappealing than a filthy-looking cloth! They go hard when dry too. So, back to J-cloths (which I do wash and re-use) or kitchen roll for me, sadly. I can't/won't use bleach, for environmental reasons. Disappointed. I also would rather my toilet rolls not be individually wrapped or at least have a choice.

I was recommended WGaC by my daughter who raved about them.

Being disabled with mobility issues buying loo rolls from supermarket was expensive and awkward getting them home on mobility scooter and in case I couldn't get out I bought 12 pack.

I'm also deaf so communication is always important for me - text talk or response quickly by email. Originally my daughter set up a subscription with a box of 30 coming every month yes I live alone 🫣 I hadn't realised until month 3 when I was now swamped in loo rolls at one point we had 80!! Yes a few went in Christmas stockings as gag gifts - they are wrapped prettily so it was quite funny.

Emailing them to which they responded same day, they were so helpful listened to my issues with contact and unable to phone due to be deaf -very quickly helped work out a tough idea on amounts required and when, I couldn't fault any part of the process. I now have a box every 3 months and that works for me a single person.

subscription as I said it's cheaper, delivered to the door, they email to advise when it's out for delivery.

Regards the toilet paper 🧻 itself.

They are definitely a lot longer they even the supermarket longest "jumbo" rolls.

They are soft but very strong and don't break up.

Each one is individually wrapped in delightful designed wrapping and last four and the last four are wrapped in plan gold paper reminding to re order if you're not on subscription ( Which again is the cheapest option)

Every part is recyclable including the box - 📦 ( which is so strong and can be used for storage - kids to play in or I make up games for the dogs outing treats in or other fun things them ) before putting in the recycling too

Being bamboo it's sustainable

Finally they donate so much money from profits to various charities.

I honestly can't find any negatives and highly recommend them.

This is a strange one. I like this company, the product is great (I’ve used it a friends) and I’ve tried to order for myself.

Sadly they use Evri as the courier, after order and a bit of a delay I contacted WGAC and was advised that the parcel had been damaged by Evri and returned to them. Guess what, they gave Evri another chance, I’d already made the aware of previous issues I’d had with Evri.

So in the end I cancelled my order and will buy Andrex from the supermarket as always! I can’t wait until Evri can be bothered to deliver which could be a week at least!

Great product, poor decision making when it comes to courier choice.

Very happy with Who Gives A Crap Toilet Paper. I found it to be of good quality and doesn't disintegrate like other toilet brands. Easy to order online and fast delivery.
