A good rating so far.I haven't tried the toilet paper yet, but ordering was easy, delivery on time (although box damaged), but there doesn't seem to be a way to contact the company. If they made their box 1/2" taller, it could be used to store the rolls as a display. Instead, the roll pictures cannot be seen as these must be put in the box on end to fit. Seems short-sighted of them, but there is no way to suggest this.

Two deliveries on one day, both charged, feel ripped off.

I love this toilet paper!

It is adorable with its patterns as well as soft and sturdy. I appreciate that it is a more sustainable option without having to sacrifice a nice TP. The ease of the subscription and delivery are also just a nice thing to be able to take off my mind and have auto-ship.

The bamboo toilet paper is totally worth it. The rolls are longer than what you can get in the store. AND unwrapping the pretty paper off a new roll is so satisfying.

I was getting fed up with my regular toilet paper because the quality kept going down. I tried 2 other national brands but didn't care for them either, so decided to try Who Gives A Crap when I saw their ad. I ordered a box of 24 rolls of the bamboo paper in April and quickly found out their claims were true. One rolls lasts me more than a week. The bamboo is a little more expensive but totally worth it. I have another problem that the other toilet papers exacerbated but has totally subsided with this toilet paper - the dreaded hemmoroid! No more bleeding with this toilet paper, it is gentle yet strong and the texture makes it very effective. I don't have to use as much as with other toilet papers either. What is fun about this company is that they put out special "editions". For instance, recently they introduced the "Parks Edition" which features National Parks and interesting facts about them on the toilet paper wrapper and it doesn't even cost extra! I will definitely continue to use this toilet paper for as long as I can afford to (wish they offered a modest senior citizen discount or a AARP member discount). I have to say this is probably the best purchase I have made in the last 10 years!

I switched during COVID. I'm sure you remember the empty supermarket shelves. I'm so glad I switched. I tried other brands but this is the best, hands down. At first glance it seems more expensive, but the truth is you get double the amount of toilet paper per roll so they last alot longer and I especially love the bamboo paper because it's soft and strong and can absorb alot.

Fast delivery and just as advertised , this toilet paper is soft and lasts longer than ordinary supermarket branded toilet paper. It’s also fantastic that the company helps other people and is sustainable. With current global issues , it feels great to do something small that helps the environment and other people.

We ordered the large garbage bags this time, I was surprised they had great strong quality. Will be ordering again with our next toilet paper order

I love the product-it does seem to last longer than my usual toilet paper, and I love the fact that I am not trying to fit huge packs of loo roll in a shopping trolley with a weekly shop. I like the flexibility of the subscription service,easy to delay the next delivery date if it’s too soon.

Great product and great value. So convenient to never run out out of loo roll on a subscription.

My husband and I have been subscribed to WGAC for several years and always been very satisfied. Such a treat to not have to pick up TP at the grocery store every couple weeks, and such a pleasure to know our money goes to a worthwhile mission. We were befuddled when we recently received our usual shipment in a busted box with more than half our rolls missing. Clearly a problem occurred in transit — either a desperate thief or a warehouse accident. I contacted WGAC, and within 24 hours a representative (thanks, Chelle!) responded to generously offer a refund for our loss, despite their innocent role in the matter. Needless to say, we are customers for life! Thanks, WGAC. Keep up the good work, the consummate customer service, and the global altruism. We dig it!

A great cause and the toilet paper wrapping designs are a nice additional touch!

We love this product! The quality is brilliant and the added amusement of finding the tiny toilet on the wrapper, as well the QR codes on the roll are superb ideas. Reducing waste has never been so creative and fun for everyone. We also look forward to the emails from the company full of wit and humour, theu make our day!

Love this company! The toilet rolls are excellent value! They last for ages far longer than the average Loo roll. And knowing 50% of the profits goes to charity providing water and toilets to those less fortunate.
The pretty packaging is a bonus!

This is the second purchase I have made and been delighted on both counts. Tried various brands, different thicknesses, expensive brands as well as the lower end of the market and in my opinion Who Gives a Crap comes out on top. The quality of the paper is excellent and not 'quilted' which is not always quality paper. It is heartening and really good to know that 50% profit goes to help people around the world who are much less fortunate that ourselves, in not having every day necessities, such as a toilet and clean water. Well done to those non profit partners in reaching out to help those people in need.
Only one train of thought to perhaps feed back and that is as much as it is so lovely to see the very decorative and arty wrapping paper, and of course, on display in a bathroom/rest room area, would it not be a little cheaper and more conducive to perhaps minimise the wrapping or even not to use it. I know I can recycle the paper as well as the inner roll, but everything costs and minimising the packaging would benefit both the customer and company. Just a thought! Thank you.
