Delivery issues are a headache but it looks like our delivery team has flagged this directly with Evri. Our team is in constant communication with them to actively improve the delivery experience. We apologise for all the trouble, but we appreciate your patience while we looked into this for you. For now, rest assured that your full refund is currently in process.
Hi Jane, we do use Evri as our main courier for UK deliveries and we work really closely with them and are here to support if there are any issues with your delivery.
We've reached out to get some more details about your order so that we can help you out. We hope to hear back from you soon so we can get your order to you as soon as possible.
No warning of next delivery
This is the only subscription service I have had that doesn't give you a 4-5 day head's up that you're about to receive the next delivery and give you an opportunity to skip/delay. I've ended up with way too much toilet paper and they've taken money I didn't need to spend. I've now cancelled the subscription so it doesn't happen again.
Product is fine.

Toilet paper with a purpose
This is toilet paper I feel good about buying. I love knowing that it is making a positive impact. Delivery is super convenient and a subscription means I don’t have to think about it. The quality is good and I’ve also been enjoying the paper towels and trash bags.

A smashing product that massively helps…
A smashing product that massively helps the environment. This paper has great strength and outlasts a normal Loo Roll by a factor of two (it does in our household when our daughter is not visiting)!
We have converted many of our friends and family due to the quality feel and eco friendly credentials plus it has the bonus of a great paper wrapper that’s is jazzy and livens up the Bathroom. Epic Loo roll.

Treat yourself and your bathroom...and save some money!
NHave you ever noticed how small loo rolls are in the supermarket. I know...shrinkflation, like everything else. It doesn't matter which ones you look at. They're just getting smaller and smaller, but the prices are still increasing. I saw the ads for Who Gives a Crap, and decided to see for myself. The difference is amazing! These are twice as big, great quality and last for ages (And the wrapping looks great in the bathroom)
With 50% of the profits going to provide water and toilets worldwide, they're not only kind to your pocket and your bum, but kind to the planet as well. I'll never buy from the supermarket again.

Great paper
Great paper. Strong but soft. Lasts longer than other makes and to top it off is helping in 3rd world countries to improve sanitation.

Whenever I use any other toilet roll now the slices seem huge! I think WGAC's smaller slices are plenty and I am grateful for the environmental considerations. Soft, good subscription organisation, visually pleasing, what's not to love! (wish they had more discount codes though)

Arrival in a timely manner, not that I was doing without while waiting.
I do have a couple confessions, however.
1. I was already getting bamboo TP at my local food Co-op, which worked just fine. But this leads me to my second confession.
2. I purchased the specialty rolls (Ocean and Mountains) because of the fun wrapping paper. WHY? I've been using them as birthday presents!!! At my age (and my friends), what do we get each other that's fun and useful? Fun-wrapped TP!! Put a roll or 2 in a brown paper bag, tied with ribbon. Got some GREAT laughs and conversation!
And for the mountains, some will be gifted to my son, who hikes and climbs mountains!

Soft and strong toilet paper. Low/no lint. One roll lasts 25% longer than my old toilet paper.

Not to AI ONLY customer service
their customer service is only available through AI. I hate that. They have sent so much toilet paper to me I have boxes stashed in my house. I have tried numerous times to use their “easy steps” to get off the Merry Go round of their subscriptions. It never works. They send Box after Box, keep charging my card, I have come to hate the company. The product was good but I am not going to buy it again because I find their trade practices deceptive and dishonest. I no longer believe they give away as much money as they say or do anything good for the environment. If they will cheat on subscriptions they lie about everything

The show so far...
The bin bags are strong and don't tear or leak, so that is good. The kitchen roll does the job and the loo rolls being much longer mean I have not had to re-order for over a year! (but then there's only one bum to need them apart from visitors.) I am pleased to be able to help with toilet arrangements for others via your profits too. With home delivery, what could be better?

I love all the products
I love all the products! I have purchased, the garbage bags, papertowls and toilet paper. The toilet paper wrapping is decorative enough to leave out when we have guests so there is always extra close by.
I set up the toilet paper for recurring delivery and don't have to think about again. The website is really easy to use.
