Impossible to cancel subscription
This company seriously needs to be more transparent about its subscription practices. I genuinely thought I had cancelled my subscription, but the website only showed it as “inactive.” Then, completely unexpectedly, it automatically renewed.
I’m now stuck with two years’ worth of products that I have nowhere to store, and I’ve lost a significant amount of money as a result. The website/company is terrible and does not make it clear or even seem possible to properly and permanently cancel a subscription. This whole process feels extremely misleading and needs to be addressed.

Good for your bum, toilet & nervous system
I just received my second delivery of a big box of toilet paper. We love it. The cheery wrapping, the roll strength, softness and length all 10/10. Delivery was swift and painless. We haven't been to the shops to buy TP at all this year which does something nice to our nervous systems.

The Customer Service was honestly what has made this purchase of mine even better! The Parks Project pack was what caught my attention and the purpose behind that and the company was huge, but then when I needed to reach out for a check in on something with my order the Customer Service was nothing short of amazing. I don't think I've ever had CS ever reply back so quickly nor help me with something I was asking. Awesome company, awesome purpose, awesome TP!!! We are big fans!!!

I’d been buying Angel soft for years…
I’d been buying Angel soft for years then one day my body began having an adverse reaction to it so I went on a hunt for a better solution and landed on Who Gives A Crap’s bamboo tp. It’s been a life saver. Durable, no lint, and environment friendly. No brainer! I’m constantly telling people about them and their non profit work! Highly recommend!

Good stuff but when i moved to living on just a state pension i couldnt afford so much going out on a box of loo roll so cancelled my long standing subscription. So was surprised to find, months later, when another box was charged for and delivered. If you cancel- make sure you insist on your bank data being deleted.

Not only does the large box give our cat a perch that she loves, the contents are superb. We switched from a brand with 1000 squares per roll, very thin, but I felt it was good for the environment.
Now I know how to support the environment and have a cushy tush. Excellent soft cleaning, feels so good!

I like the national park photos but a…
I like the national park photos but a few of my rolls arrived completely flattened. There was plenty of room in the box and the box was not damaged so they had to have been put in there that way. It was a little disappointing.

Great products (I've used the bamboo toilet paper, paper towels, dream cloths, and trash bags) and great customer service. Ecological and social conscious purchases. What's not to like!? They also very quickly resolved the rare problem I had with delivery.

Excellent Customer Service
I have used Who Gives a Crap bamboo toilet paper for around 6 years, and have been really happy with their products. The box in my last shipment was damaged by Fedex, taped back together, and quite a few rolls were missing. I sent an email with attached photos of the damage, and Carmela at Who Gives a Crap responded promptly and was able to refund the amount for the missing merch. All customer service should be this good. Highly recommend.

This TP is a delight!
first of all, LOVE this toilet paper...its the perfect amount of soft without being all floofy if ya know what I mean. The wrapping is also so pretty and obviously the environmental friendliness of using bamboo or recycled TP is a win! Oh, and the newsletters are super funny- always brighten my day. I seriously didn't know that TP could have such an impact on me!
